Great - nice & heavy! Does the job well - great for melting cheese or frying eggs!

I always wanted one of these after seeing the American food show Man vs Food. Perfect for frying burgers, cheese toppings, onion and anything else you prefer under one cover. The "fried" food is partially steam cooked making everything you stuff into a breadcake very soft and tender. Easy to clean using a sponge. Only criticism is that it's a bit over-priced, but in hindsight you are paying for quality.

Perfect, does what it says on the tin, really well made. Would recommend

Das Produkt erfüllt seinen Zweck. Klar, der Griff wird warm. Aber wirklich ein guter Helfer. Bei mir war von den drei bestellten Artikeln leider einer durch den Transport etwas schief und lag nicht recht auf. Funktioniert aber dennoch. Ich nutze die Deckel auf meine Kamado BigJoe.

O material é bem forte e funciona bem na chapa ou na frigideira. O fogão permanece limpo depois de grelhar. O pegador esquenta, então vc precisa usar um protetor. Pena que ficou tão caro porque eu quero comprar outra

I use these on commercial flat top/grill in my home. The concept is simple but very effective when the radiant heat is all coming from one side (under) it helps to force the rising heat to recirculate around the food to more evenly heat/cook food. Perfect for the traditional job of melting cheese on hamburgers ... but also for 1)sunny side up eggs, 2)gently reheating food, 3)"steaming" things on a flat top, 4)cooking frozen hamburger patties without drying them out, and many more things. As useful as tongs and a spatula in my experience. The handle is aluminum and does get somewhat hot, but if you are quick there is no need for a hot glove/pad. Throw them straight into the dishwasher for a good cleaning. They do discolor over time. Good value for a very useful tool.

Good as its uses as described..handle does warm up abit so use gloves when handling when cooking.
