i would ask on the jym website the container says do not take if pregnant or nursing so i would assume it’s safe

Why isn't the sugar content not on the container or post? I had to do further reasearch to find out there are 29 grams of sugar per serving.

It looks like only one gram of sugar per scoop or 2% of daily value. I don't see anything referencing 29 grams per serving.

Ive been taking the post and when i do, I get Noacin flush, only not as strong. How can i get help on this?

it's the Beta Alanine. I've taken beta Alanine poder in preworkouts and seems like a light niacin flush, sometimes it makes me almost feel ichi as my skin tingles.
