I recently had a failure with a 45 watt grow light I purchased 14 months ago. The power supply plug was overheated and the white lights failed, but the red lights stayed on. I sent an email to the address shown on the instruction booklet and received a very prompt reply. They requested a copy of the Amazon order, a photo and a video of the problem. I received a very prompt reply from them offering to send me a new light, even though it was out of warranty, I received it within 3 days. I have 3 of their grow lights and my plants and I are very happy with them. Their customer service is really great. I highly recommend them!

Tall and flexible grow light for indoor plants. I take my cactus in for the winter and needed a grow light to help them survive. This light did the trick. Great 3 leg stand makes it impossible to tip over.

This grow light is tall enough to light my 27 year old weeping fig although this plant requires it one on each side. The 12 hour timer works well. I have a few other large plants that have to move in for our Missouri winters and I have one on each of them. We have been using these for several years and no complaints

This item is cheaply made & way over-priced. It's made of tinny metal parts that wouldn't even stand upright. It took a long time to assemble, then it wouldn't stand up straight, but wobbled. I discovered the pole segments had loosened. Then I discovered one had arrived stripped & couldn't be tightened & just spun around & around. Aesthetically, it looks cheap, took a long time to assemble & put back into the box. Waste of time, waste of money. Now I have to drive it to UPS to send it back. Not recommended on any level.

First off, there is no timer. I bought the WiFi plugs for that separately and love them. The light is very bright and gives off a good spectrum of colors. I got it for my philodendron that sits farthest from the window in a corner. It really perked up after just one use of 8 hours overnight. Got a second light for a large planter of succulents and they love it too. They are super simple to assemble and are very sleek. They don’t stand out when not in use. I just have the timer plugs set to go on while sleeping and it works great.

I've been testing out this light on my YT channel "justintime2grow". You can check out my unboxing and PAR testing video there. So far I've been using this light to veg in a Mars 2x4 tent. It's working GREAT! I actually had to raise the light up because it was brighter than expected. It covers a 2x4 for veg pretty well but I wouldn't go too much larger than 2x2 for flower, maybe 2x3 but that would be pushing it to get decent sized solid nugs. Was looking for something not attached to the ceiling to augment lighting in the winter for house plants. This light fit the bill, tall, light spread covers a good amount of area and the tripod is sturdy. Only wish it had a timer. Update: little over a year later and 1/3 of the lights have gone out. I use this light 12 hours a day in the winter and it did great. Today, the second light lost 1/3 of the LEDs. Do not get this lamp if you want something that lasts, find something else.

Easy to set up. Nice to the timer. Would recommend to a plant enthusiast.

Bought this 3 months ago. It stopped working today and unfortunately return date was January 31, 2024. It seemed good and I was getting good results with my plants but it just stopped working. I have messaged the manufacturer

Brightness is accurate going by my light meter .Only down side is 2 of the lens clips fell off and had to glue lens in to be safe. stand section threads are poorly machined . Very sturdy light still

Works really well for my tall fig tree. However, every time you unplug it, you have to reset all of the controls. It has no memory.

Just received it today. Not sure why but there is a loose screw on the inside out of place and I am not able to open and put t in place. I hope that is not a sign for other defects too.
