This works well for loosening buildups in the drain resulting from mold and other minor buildups, but if you already have a clog, this will not flush it out and you will need an actual clog remover. This is more like treating the drain after the clog is removed and preventing the buildup from coming back too soon and creating a problem. Works as intended, but not a clog remover, more like a prevention method.

Used it as directed on my clogged bathtub drain, did not work. So, the next day I went against the directions and used the whole bottle, then it worked. If you are worried about damaging your pipes I guess this works, just be prepared to use a lot more than it says. Otherwise I would recommend Drano max gel, or getting a snake.

This product is amazing. I left the worst biological mess possible before going to bed (from my body) in my toilet and forgot to flush, and let it dry overnight. 22 hours later, I had to use a garden trowel just to get a tiny bit of water flowing. Put four ounces of this in, let it sit for 8 hours, and these enzymes in this slowly eats away dried ****. After two sessions of that, the toilet is almost back to normal. Two more sessions and it will be as good as new. On a side note, this is why I always insist on a place with at least two bathrooms (thank you God), just in case one goes out for a few days like this.

over 2 days (following directions) my sinks have NOT shown any progress. I bought this based on prior reviews and was highly disappointed. Now I am out the money, which wouldn't be a problem if the product actually worked. I used this on 2 sinks * Kitchen sink: I use a drain strainer and NEVER dump food waste down (no garbage disposal). It is a dual sink that connects at the center to drain to 1 pipe. One side works perfectly fine, but the other has a clog that THIS PRODUCT didn't clear. * Bathroom sink: in which I only use to brush teeth and wash face and hands. Both sinks are extremely slow to drain. Do not recommend this product.

I followed all the instructions to the letter, including waiting the full 6 hours before running water again. Unfortunately, the results were underwhelming. This product seems to require far more than the recommended amount to make any real difference, which makes it an expensive option if you're dealing with significant buildup or clogs. Even after using a full bottle, I still had to deal with backup issues. For tough clogs, I’d recommend going with Drano Max Gel or investing in a drain snake instead. Bottom line: This might work for minor maintenance, but it’s not the best choice for serious clogs, especially considering its price and the amount you’d need to use.

It wasn’t constant but now and then this would happen . The plumber said if it wasn’t constant then it wasn’t anything serious. We didn’t know if the smell was the tub or sink. Bought two of these. Poured one whole bottle down each drain and left it sit over night. Now the smell is gone so we suspect it was hair build up. It removed the issue and it hasn’t come back. Well with the money. Saved us a lot of $$$

Yes, this is a great product especially if you have a septic. Freshens pipes, and you can use it in the toilet. It’s either this product or good old white vinegar, but this smells good. Just treated my kitchen pipes to a cleaning 30 minutes ago. Consistent use seems to help prevent those odious blockages.
