Worth the cost. 8 years and still going.
This bag is incredible. I have had it for 8 years. It’s been everywhere and used almost everyday. From travelling to work carrying laptops and documents to carrying my diving regulators when on holiday. It’s been rock solid. It’s been dropped out the back of Ubers, flung around the boot of my car, kicked under seats in long haul economy, bounced up and down on dive boats, and dragged through hedges. I was worried when I first bought it that this was an expensive laptop bag. Now I realise that this is the cheapest laptop bag I have ever bought. While other cheap bags that I have had are worn out after a few years, this has been on my back for 8 years. Apart from starting to look a little worn, every zip, flap and panel of the bag is still working perfectly. The orange interior is quality and holds laptops well. The second pocket for a tablet it also great. I love the flexibility of the pockets and the space it has. I find I can do a few nights business trip with this one bag comfortably. Then when I am on longer trips the thick slot for a suitcase handle means that is it stable and does not flop around. The water bottle loop on one of the side pockets is a great feature. I will never buy any other brand of laptop bag again.

Pricey, but genuinely premium quality with great organisation and laptop protection
This backpack is more expensive than a lot of similar-looking bags, but the quality is obvious as soon as you start using it. The materials feel strong and well put together, and it gives me the impression it’s going to last a long time rather than fraying after a few months of commuting. It’s slightly smaller than my previous backpack, but it actually feels like I can fit more in because the internal layout is so well organised. The compartments make it easy to separate things properly, so I’m not just throwing everything into one big space. It’s especially good if you carry a mix of work items like chargers, cables, notebooks, and bits you want to grab quickly. Laptop protection is another strong point. The padding feels substantial and the straps hold the laptop securely, so it doesn’t slide around in the bag. That makes it feel safer to carry day to day, especially if you’re travelling, getting on public transport, or moving between places regularly. Comfort-wise, it sits well on my back and the straps feel supportive. It also looks smart in person. I think it’s a nice-looking bag that works for work without being boring. Overall, it’s not a budget buy, but if you want a backpack that feels genuinely well designed, protects your laptop properly, and should last for years, it’s worth it.

Almost the perfect backpack
I love having a lot of pockets and compartments in my backpack so I can organise everything and the Everki Atlas has more pockets and compartments than I thought was possible. It's super well built, with generous padding that makes it very comfortable to travel with, even when you load it to its max capacity. I've been using it for a year now, travelling multiple times for longer trips, and I'm still super happy with it. Compared to other backpacks I have had in the past, this is great value for money and it looks like it's built to last. The only thing I wish Everki did was to include a tie band in the other side pocket as well, so you could carry a bottle and a small umbrella at the same time.

Everki backpack
Great backpack. Lots of pokets and organisation, you can carry a lot in this. As a plc engineer I have to carry lots of cables and equipment and I haven't run out of places to put stuff yet. The padding in the laptop section is thicker than a whale omlet. I have dropped the bag several times and the laptop doesn't have a scratch on it. I travel overseas a lot for my job and work on ships so it gets beat up but it is still almost as good as new. It's a tank of a bag, you won't win any beauty pageants but you will be well equipped with the gear you can carry. For the price you pay you receive a quality bag that is tough and durable and has lots of organisation and pockets. Good value for money Aust have bag if your a plc engineer

Fantastic Bag. Worth the cost.
Ok. So we'll start with explaining why I docked this a star. I gave 4 stars for only 1 reason but I felt, based on it's selling points, is quite major. The bag is is not check point friendly... The whole selling point of the design is that you don't need to remove your laptop to place it through an airport scanner. This isn't allowed. I must have done 10 trips, going through the USA, the UK, China and Russia and every time without fail... "Please remove your laptop and place it in a separate tray." No matter how many times I demonstrate or explain the design of the bag, they won't allow it. Laptop separate. In it's own tray, every time. So that's why I docked it a star because you aren't actually allowed to use this feature... The bag though is utterly fantastic. It is a 5* bag otherwise, maybe even 6... It is incredibly well made, durable and sterdy. I've had 15kg of weight in there on occassions and I can pick it up with 1 strap and throw it over my shoulder and I don't feel like it's going to rip at the seams anywhere. The zips are solid metal and feel like they'll last forerver. And the interior uses a gorgeous type of felt. In short, I've had this bag 6 months now, travelled with it quite a lot and it still feels and looks brand new. There are tonnes of compartments, There's 4 main ones including the laptop compartment, and a 5th open compartment on the back. A top pocket for valueables (I love this) and 2 side pockets. In each of these compartments are mini compartments for various things as well, like documents or even pens. It also has a strap that allows you to attach it to the pulley of a small suitcase if you don't want to carry it. That being said, with so many compartments at your disposal, you can't actually get a great deal into the bag sometimes. If you put something large into one of the compartments, then you're not going to be able to use any of the other compartments because the material isn't going to stretch. This wastes quite a lot of the space. So there have been times where I've wanted to put something quite large in there, which would easily fit, but it's not been possible due to the interior design of the bags compartments. But this is fine. It may be something that you might want to bare in mind however. It's not the most practical of bags for this reason, but if you're organised and will be filling it with tonnes of small to medium sized stuff, then it is certainly worth the cost later down the line. I have heard plenty of stories of a lifetime warrenty too. It is a fantastic bag. Worth the cost certainly. It is a very attractive bag. (A lot nicer than the main photo makes it out to be) Whenever I go anywhere or out on a day trip, i genuinely feel as if I have the best bag around. (Sort of like owning a mercedes I guess?) Top quality ruksack. One of my best Amazon purchases. I have just given it 4 stars for the lack of actually being able to use it as the checkpoint friendly bag it claims.

This is the best backpack I ever had
I have been using Brentheaven backpack in the past ten years. It is very durable and still functional, and I could keep using it, but its design and functionality is quite outdated. So, I was looking for a replacement backpack. My backpack is basically mobile office and needs to hold all of my equipments. While I have looked into all potential backpacks from big manufacturers and non-branded companies, many of them are dropout based on price/functionality/design/size/durability/review comments on Amazon. After two weeks of the research, I finally decided to buy this Everki Atlas 15.6". I did not choose a larger 17" one because my current laptop is 2018 15"MBP, and wanted to get a lighter backpack. In this backpack, I carry 15" MBP, 12.9" iPad Pro, SONY WH-1000XM3 headphone, power adaptors, different cables and adaptors, an umbrella, large pen case, business card case, earphone, etc.... The good thing is that even it is fully packed. It does not feel heavy on my shoulder. Zippers are high quality and very easy to open/close, the shoulder strap is well padded and comfortable, and the materials used are of high quality. The price is a bit higher than others, but you are paying for the quality. I highly recommend this backpack!!

The do-it-all-bag with tons of room
I absolutely love this bag. I came across Everki when I was looking for a bag for my Alienware 18 laptop and only the Titan was big enough for it to go in. Since I sold the AW18 and bought a smaller 15.6" laptop, I needed a new bag. I did a lot of research across multiple brands including Samsonite, Swissgear etc and came back every time to Everki. I love the functionality built into the bag. Genius little touches like a water bottle retainer in the side pocket, key clip in the front section (I'm forever wondering where I've left my car keys when on the way back from the plane) and the orange interior to make things stand out (and look pretty cool, I'm a KTM owner ;)). There's a ton of space in the bag. I recently took an overnight business trip and packed in both the 15.6in laptop with its power brick, headphones and external drive, a 13in work laptop, headset and powerbrick, phone charger and cables, laptop cooler stand, two mice, assorted cables, kindle, a wash bag and a change of tshirt/uwear. This bag also has an awesome retainer strap that will fit over the handle of your wheelie case for longer trips with more luggage (this is the reason I bought this over the Everki Flight ironically enough). All in all, solidly constructed and great quality.

Spacious and practical
Gave this to my husband for his birthday as he wanted a practical and easy to use lap-top bag for everyday use going to the office and when travelling on business. This bag is the perfect companion. The different compartments are great for separting items making them easy to find afterwards . It’s amazing how much the bag actually takes without making it bulky, and yet still easy to handle. The laptop and tablet compartment at the back keeps the equipment safe and yet easily accessible when going through security at airports. We will definitely buy other products Everki.

The new standard in Premium backpacks
I didn’t knew this brand. Previously used another more known brand that disappointed me the last two items I bought. The price is steep, but I checked other users reviews and took a gamble. Glad I did. One can feel the premium in the touch, but more importantly in the zippers. The laptop compartment has a customizable fit that protects very well. It also has two advantages:it has a iPad slot cleverly placed opposed to the laptop and specially both have a reserved space in the bag. I just cannot understand why many bags place the laptop on a compartment that is to be shared with other items. Makes absolutely no sense to me. There are some drawbacks, but clearly minor. I would like to have the bottle elastic band on both sides and for the price I would expect the rain cover to be delivered too. All in all a great backpack, a very pleasant surprise from a band I didn’t knew about. Happy costumer that would certainly look again at this brand for future needs.

WOW! I was blown away by the quality, design, and capacity of this moderate-sized laptop backpack.
WOW! This is an absolutely FANTASTIC bag. I had never heard of Everki before, and certainly not the Atlas backpack. However, on a recent flight (as a traveling consultant, planes are my second home), I happened to be standing behind a guy with an Everki pack. As a long-time Arcteryx fan -- smart, bomb-proof packs with great styling -- I admired the pack this gent was wearing as it looked just as solid as my beloved Arcteryx Blade 24. Fast forward a few months, and I find myself in a situation where I need to commute with two separate laptops. As much as I love the Arcteryx Blade, it just wasn't big enough to accommodate two laptops and all of the sundry gear that goes with them. So, I did some quick searches out on the interwebs for a purpose-built, multi-computer bag, and Everki kept coming up, and with high ratings. So, with some fresh travel coming up, I decided that now was the time to take the plunge and give the Atlas a try. I just received the bag a couple of days ago. I had high expectations of the Everki (having seen one in the wild before), but I was absolutely blown away by the build quality of the Atlas. This thing is industrial and built to take a beating. You can just feel the quality on this thing. Top quality materials are used in its construction, and there is heavy use of Cordura, parachute material, rivets, and heavy stitching. The zippers are large -- kind of similar to the oversized zippers used on Ogio bags -- and they open and close without a hint of snagging. Like my beloved Arcteryx, I wasn't able to find a single loose stitch or fray, and the attention to detail, fit, and finish is obvious from the moment you heft it. I say that because this is not a light bag. It is designed to carry a lot of equipment, and to do so safely. But the real surprise was just how well laid-out this bag is with a simply ridiculous amount of pockets and storage. I was able to fit both the 15" MacBook Pro and my Dell 15", along with two satchels, each with power bricks, cords, etc., AS WELL AS my Epson projector AND two O'Reilly reference books. And I still had room for extra power strips, international power converter, and even my sunglasses case. And there is extra room to spare. I am a huge fan of minimalist solutions, which is why the Arcteryx appealed so much to me. And, despite the crazy amount of pockets and storage space in the Atlas, it is so well designed that all of it doesn't seem excessive, and it still has a general feeling of minimalism and still maintains a reasonably small profile when all zipped up. I spend a great deal of time and perform a great deal of research on gear that I purchase as I like to make the purchase only once. I buy only the highest quality gear that I can afford, regardless of the price, and I have very high expectations for products that I've purchased. I can say unequivocally that the Everki Atlas has far exceed my expectations in all regards. It is with bittersweet feelings that I relinquish my Arcteryx Blade 24 to my daughter, who does quite a bit of business travel, too, and I plan on staying the Everki course from this point forward, as long as they continue to deliver top quality products such as this. Absolutely five stars! *** 2nd Trip Update *** So, I've taken this bag on two trips now and have a much better understanding of how well it works with my "office in a bag" concept, including working with the airlines. The bag is absolutely the perfect bag for traveling with two laptops. Plenty of storage space, very well organized and sorted, and just plain easy to use. One thing I really appreciated about the bag on these trips were the very wide and well-designed shoulder straps. I'm guessing that my bag comes in at over 20 lbs, and I found the wide straps to be completely comfortable and perfectly positioned and designed. I also appreciate that the bag is designed to stand on its own, which makes loading and unloading very easy. I remain so very thrilled with this purchase. Also, absolutely no problems with the bag as of this time -- no sticking zippers, no unraveling threads or stitches, or anything of the sort. I think I've finally found, "The One". I'll give a six-month review, just to provide some insight into how the bag wears over the long-run. Reiterate: 5-stars, well earned.

This one is worth every cent!
Great size for a MacBook Pro 14 or an Air 15. Lots of space and very, very comfortable!!! The upper bridge helps a lot when carrying heavier items. I can also carry 2 1.5 litter bottles on the inner compartment.
