Great replacement
The computer worked pretty good once I went through all the hoops of setting it up;but the fan was loud. I tried to ignore that, but it became annoyingly loud. So, the vendor gave me 2 options...They could send me a replacement fan, plus an extra part that I would pay "about $40", and they could tell me how to fix it. The second option was to ship the computer back, and they'd ship me another one, once I send them the tracking information. Of course, I chose the second. I didn't get a response when I emailed the proof of tracking. Hopefully, I don't have to contact them again. I received my replacement quickly, and the fan is not loud. I appreciate it and enjoy using it.

Very Pleased with this PC
I needed to replace my HP Desktop as it would not support Windows 11. I have bought refurbished PCs for many years and decided to buy another one. This PC came very well packaged and in excellent condition. It looks just like new. It booted right up and Windows 11 was ready to be personalized. I am slowly learning how to use Windows 11 as it is quite a bit different from Windows 10. The ony problem I am having and it is my fault, it does not have a CD/DVD drive. I overlooked this and it is not the fault of the vendor. I have ordered an external drive and am confident it will be fine as I rarely use a CD/DVD drive except to add music to my itunes collection. I highly recommend this vendor and will recommend them to my family and friends as a source of refurbished computers. BTW, I think it was refurbished in Canada so kudos to our Canadian friends.

Impressed with the attention to detail. Would recommend.
The packaging was great. Attention to detail. Shrink wrapped. Arrived in great shape. I got a refurbished because Windows insisted on us having windows 11. I waited awhile to give my assessment to make sure the computer functioned properly and had windows 11. It appears to work fine. The only thing I don't like about this particular model of Dell is the flashing green light on the front and a mouse whose light seems to flicker. I know you can't help the flashing green light (built in) but the mouse is somewhat annoying (but works). I just covered up the flashing green light. All together I thought this company does a very good job and would recommend them.

Optiplex 5060 refurbished well worth the money
Great price on a computer with good specifications. Looked like a brand new computer.

Good Computer
So far, this Refurbished computer is working well. It is fast and I bought it for work. Hopefully, it will continue to work well.

Be careful that you check that all components are functioning and present
The computer arrived in good condition. It was a long before I noticed there was no power cord there. Amazon's only remedy was to return the whole computer and not simply ship a simple computer power cord. I kept the computer at that point and simply bought a $12 power cord. Everything was going fine and then the mouse stopped working. Then the keyboard stopped working and the keys popped off here and there. I think the computer itself is okay but the components that you need to use it or either not there or so cheap it's ridiculous. Overall I'm upset with the experience because things that shouldn't be this way.

Keyboard is not working
I got my computer , keyboard and mouse yesterday. Got it all hooked up as of yesterday computer is working great, mouse is good, but NOT the keyboard. All three items came together in one box. Some of the pieces for the numbers were loose in the box, I put them where they belong but the keyboard is sticking and not working. I would like a new keyboard sent to me since I did pay for a working keyboard.

La publication disait bien (et c'est sur la photo) que la plus nouvelle sortie de Microsoft serait inclus dans le prix... Microsoft m'a demandé de payer quand j'ai branché mon ordi... et en plus c'est la vieille version... l'ordinateur comme tel fonctionne bien... mais je suis une petite vieille et les lumières dans le clavier et la souris... et bien... c'est un peu trop pour moi... je n'ai pas encore essayer le CD player si les clés USB... j'espère bien que tout fonctionnera bien...

The computer is excellent. I wouldn't know it's not new by the way it looks and runs. I couldn't afford the specs if buying brand new. Of course, the true test of a refurbished PC is how long it lasts. I have no reason to expect any problems down the road (fingers crossed). Also, I had to contact Tecnocanada about a missing adapter. They responded immediately and resolved the issue (ends up I had it after all - it was in the keyboard box). Great service.
