Can you add a pocket clip or belt clip be added

This one comes with a pocket clip and the case has a belt loop

Is it possible to purchase additional bits? I lost mine.

I have a Quinn 10 in 1 screwdriver from Harbor freight. It has four double sided bits with the retention ball. Ph1-3/16 flat (same as rocktol included), ph2-1/4 flat, t10-t15, sq1-sq2. They work perfectly with this rocktol tool and appear to be higher quality. It's unfortunate that rocktol didn't include more bits with this tool and a way to carry them in the sheath. Klein also has similar bits.
