Works really well to help cushion ball of foot. Had issues with severe pain when walking, ball of foot would just hurt, even not putting weight on the foot helped all that much. Went looking and found these. Figured I would give them a try and they worked really well to help distribute the weight and cushion at the same time. Didnt completely help take pain away but did make walking bearable and did enough that the foot could heal properly. Now i wear them just cause, mainly to help keep my foot cushioned while walking barefoot at home. So far they have helped and havent had any recurrent weird foot pain (like the reason I bought these in the first place) They took some getting use to since they're like half socks but it didnt take much time to grow accustomed to them, now i hardly notice them and even forget I have them on. First pair has lasted a long while so far especially woth how often I wear them, little bit of piling but easily trimmed and tidied up. Fit wise, felt a bit tight at first but stretched to my foot with ease and they stay put never felt like they would just fall off my foot.

There are metatarsal pads for both feet and I need pads only for the right foot. It’s bulky enough to where it’s hard to fit in the shoe with it on with a sock. The pads for the right foot worked well with slippers.

Softer than previously thought, but definitely worth the purchase. My only issue it it slides when putting on shoes and the space between the toe can irritate you at times.

Thought is nice but it digs in-between the 1st and 2nd toe. Gets really sore and feel bulky in a tennis shoe.

First I want to say, this is a real review. I walk 7 miles per day, and my left foot began to hurt extremely bad on the ball of the foot. It was like walking with a rock in my shoe, so much that I had to stop for two days. I looked for a cushion to help control the pain and found this product. These Metatarsal Pads from ZenToes are THE BEST !!! In just two days of walking my regular route, these pads have helped my foot heal, and they just feel good when walking. Even if you don't have foot problems, I would suggest this product. You won't regret it.

These pads do exactly as described. The pain I was having was non existent when wearing these. They do not slip around, due to the design.

You will need a larger shoe size with these metatarsal pads. The fabric is too thick making the shoe too tight. The pad itself could be larger (cover the entire bottom of the "sock"). The pad could be softer/foamier. As is, it becomes very uncomfortable as the day progresses - edges digging into the ball of your foot.

I am giving these a 4 at this time but will update if things change. They worked to relieve my Morton's Neuroma after wearing for two days. I was able to walk without pain and without wearing them for over a week. They are not too thick. They fit within my shoes but it was a little snug. I like that they slip on easily and stay in plan without sticky pads.

I suffer from CMT 1A and my feet are very tender, these gel cushions help to releave some of the pressure.
