these wire work with Logo version 7 and 8?

No. Logo! versions 0BA7 and 0BA8 do not need (cannot use) this programming cable. They are programmed and interfaced with an Ethernet cable.

Working with Tia Portal?

Gennerally, Tia Portal includes SEPT 7 and WINCCV17, make sure SEPT 7 installed on your computer. STEP 7 V5.5 or above is much better than lower version to use this cable. In other words, For Step7 v5.5 or above version, the driver is built in the Siemens programming software.

Where can get the drivers?

All buyers will receive one Email with the user manual, from us, after the ordered item shipped. The user manual indicates where to download driver and how to install it.
