Not great for utv.
This cooler is great for the boat. Tried it with the utv but the dust ruined the zipper. This is the second one I’ve bought.

It's tight- but fits 9X11 pan and 9X9 with room to spare on top
This thing is great! so much insulation inside, and like the pictures show you can fit a TON. you would have to be careful, but it fits both those pans with room for another 12-18 drinks. The handles are sturdy and easy to carry. When it fills up with water after ice starts to melt there is no way to easily dry it out so you have to shove a towel inside to get it completely dry. This thing says soft cooler, and it means it, the inside is very cushy, and forms around items on the inside keeping them nice and cool.

The strapped broke off on the first use
The straps snapped right off on our first outing with it. We had 3 of the little ice things, and a 2 pk of truelys.. We had to leave it outside of the event because when it broke it was leaking from the bottom. I love the other one that we had.. but this one was complete waste of money.

Roomy, easy to fill
I love this cooler bag. It stands up, no sagging, so it's easy to fill. Roomy enough for 2-3 bags of frozen food. Good quality construction.

Poor materials.
The organization of the cooler is good, but the material this cooler is made of feels like laminated reusable grocery bag fabric. It looks more expensive from afar than it feels in the hand. Not sturdy. -- light plastic handle hooks and thin metal latches make me think this cooler isn't meant to carry a anything heavier than lunch. --Notice hiw easily the fabric creases? This is not the kind of rubberized cooler fabric you might be expecting. --the side pockets have expandable elastic that is very soft and flexible. Note the wear already apparent on the left. Have used this twice.
