Does the work. A but flimsy, I am not sure how long will it last, but it should be fine for the money paid.

Having just taken up Martial arts at 46 and being a weekend runner, my legs were tight and had limited flexibility. Once unpacked it was very easy to adjust the three bars to begin testing just how restricted I had become. I reckon 70 degrees was my limit , I use these every other day and after three weeks am already at well over 100 degrees. If you adjust the bars correctly and are on a smooth surface you should not be bothered by them rising up. Mine also came supplied with a fabric cord for extra stretching exercises. Will I be able to the splits? Who knows? These are well made, padded in the right places and easy to fold behind the couch for instant retrieval when the urge arises. The cheap price swayed me, the results keep me using them.

It might be a good product, but not for us. We didn't work out how to use it.

This leg stretcher does exactly what it is suppise to. It works as they tell you it works and it is of the quality i would expect at the price. Under tension the stretcher doesn't feel loose and i am confident to keep adding pressure until my muscles give out. If i had to find an issue i would say the foam could be thicker or more dense as it can be a little uncomfortable but I solved this myself by adding an extra layer of old pipe lagging i had laying around.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my partner. It lasted 2 months, then the small pin to adjust the length sheared off rendering it useless. I contacted the seller but they weren't interested as I bought it over 2 months ago. I pointed out that a product like this should last more than 2 months, and asked for a replacement, but they're only interested in taking your money and not in selling good quality products. I expect they'll disappear after a few more negative reviews, then reappear in the guise of a different company.

I used this product a lot during lockdown, when the gym or other exercise classes were unavailable, and I found regular use of the product does contribute to increased flexibility in the hips.
