I bought this as a travel radio and alarm clock. I have 3 other Azatom products and tried other radios at a similar price range only to be disappointed by them. THIS however, even though its not the price of a Roberts, is great value for money! It is really easy to use and intuitive. I love the preset buttons on the top and it has a good display that is great for seeing the time next to the bed. I like the fact that when the alarm goes off it gradually gets louder so that you are not given a shock. Sound quality is far better than the other units in a similar price range It is a fairly open (as opposed to boxy sound) I would prefer a little bit more bass but clarity wise it is very good and very clear indeed especially on speech. I like it so much I have bought a second radio from the same company that's a little bit more expensive which way will also be reviewing. I also love the fact that this company gives a 3 year warranty and is english based ( Though of course it's built-in China). I recommend this company if you wish to have well built well thought out good sounding audio units for an unbelievably good value price!

Excellent radio for speech. I bought this to only listen to talk radio stations on and it is perfect for this. I listen in bed, sometimes all night, so clarity at low volume is needed and this is great for that. Brilliant to have 5 large individual dedicated saved favourite buttons, makes it simple to switch between stations in the dark. Battery life is excellent, easily lasting 12 hours on dab with volume & screen brightness both set to low. I recharge it every morning with a battery pack, which I top up with a small solar panel in my window, this makes it free to run. My only criticism is that you can't completely turn off the screen light, which is annoying when tying to nodd off in the dark. My low-tech solution involves a small bit of cardboard and sellotape, which works fine but it would be great to have a timed screen auto-off function and auto-on as soon as one touches any of the buttons, that would make this 5 stars. Not so great for music, as there's virtually no bass. Overall EXCELLENT talk radio.

This is the third different Azatom product have purchased in the recent past. Each has been thoughtfully designed, well made and has been proved easy to use. Good products.

Absolutely superb radio that has great sound and tunes immediately to the stations that my majestic radio lost; Talksport, Talksport 2, Times etc. Instruction Manuel easy to follow and tune and save favourites to presets 3 year Guarentee and charges quickly with the supplied plug with great battery life between charges. Faultless and great value for the price range. Simplicity and brilliance at its best

This is a great little rechargeable dab radio. So good I bought a second. One for me and one for an aging relative. Excellent design plus good weight for the size which helps with the speaker acoustics, good battery life. I've not found better at price point. The unique selling point that sets this dab radio apart from the rest are the 5 preset buttons that sit on the top of the radio just where they should be located. It's not a £100 radio but for what you pay incredible value. My purchases were in white. 100% recommend ☑️

Good radio. Only recommendation is when you charge the radio you have no indication that unit is actually charging. Can you fit some light or something?

This radio has five favourite station buttons along the top which are quick and easy to use. The main drawback of this radio is it's completely unimpressive audio with neither bass or treble, just a grainy sounding presentation. At £29 it is poor value for money compared to similar radios in it's price range. The scan button is of such a light touch it is easily instigated. On the plus side the radio is very sensitive and in that respect compares with the best of my many radios. Battery life is also good.
