Excellent work boots! The Blackrock Chukka Safety Boots are comfortable right out of the box and provide great support throughout long workdays. They feel sturdy and well made, with solid toe protection and good grip on different surfaces. I also like the classic chukka style — practical for work but smart enough to wear anywhere. Durable, reliable, and great value for money. Highly recommended!

Bought these for my son who works in a fast food restaurant. His year old "Shoes for Crews" shoes literally fell to pieces the other week. He wanted something with good non-slip properties and a safety toe, but also a boot to support his ankles. These shoes arrived quickly and on trying them out, he found that they were a perfect fit. He is a 10.5 UK so I bought the 10 in this boot. He wore them straight out of the box (against my advice) for a 9 hour shift without breaking them in. However he reported back that they were comfortable with no rubbing or pinching, and even though he was standing the whole shift his ankles were fully supported and ache free at the end. The soles were just as slip resistant as he hoped and, as an added bonus over the previous shoes, the tread pattern is more open which means they do not get clogged up with grease and debris. This means they stay slip resistant through to the end of the shift, and now Dad doesn't have to spend 10 mins that night cleaning out of the grooves with a knife! By amazing coincidence, the week after we bought them a heavy steel container fell over and landed on his foot. Thankfully the reinforced toe of these boots protected him from any injury and didn't even show a mark where the metal hit. They were such a good find and at less than a 5th of the price of his last pair of work shoes that I immediately ordered a second pair which will sit in the wardrobe until or if these wear out! I'm not sure I can give a better recommendation than that.

Good work boot, steel toe and puncture resistant. Wide fit makes it very comfortable for wider feet. Waterproofing is great which helps keep my feet dry at work. Laces stay tight and secure throughout the day and seem very durable. Unfortunately they are quite heavy and bulky but that’s the trade off, also the standard insole it comes with isn’t the best so really benefits from putting in an insole of your choice. Otherwise excellent for the money.

recently purchased these safety shoes and have been genuinely impressed with their performance. The build quality feels solid and durable, giving me confidence while working in demanding environments. The inner cushioning provides good support, and I didn’t experience the usual foot fatigue even after wearing them all day. I have EDS and yesterday, despite using two sticks, my ankle went over, fortunately not bad enough to tear the ligament as has happened a few times before. I was wearing a ‘ ladylike’ pair of boots, not man enough for me! So, I came straight home and turned to Amazon for “good ankle support boots” and found these at an amazing price! Under £16! Put them on straightaway and they feel brilliantly supportive and roomy enough to accommodate my problem bunions too! I have some lovely boots of famous makes but at present they are not supportive enough for a painful foot. These are!

Gefallen meinem Mann überhaupt nicht! Er kann nicht lange darin laufen und sie sind sehr steif. Für lange Wege sind sie für ihn nicht geeignet. Habe ihm neue bequemere bestellt.
