I bought these for making DIY model lamps, and they’re perfect.
I am making homemade lava lamps which require a spring coiled in the bottom to function properly. After much searching / trial & error, I have settled on these springs as the ideal solution. If they are not long enough, they are easily soldered together using acid flux & Silver solder.
