I love this product, which has,timer like 7AM-11PMmotion sensorlarge screenThose are good for old people as well.and of couse frameo is good system, easy to use, sharing with family members.1 yr warranty works as well. My device was broken, but support team sent new device to me.

This eframe works well. It has a bright, clear display with lots of on board storages. The Frameo app and software work seamlessly to transfer photos from your device to the frame from anywhere, as long as as the frame had a wireless signal.Having said all that, the frame died after 6 months of use. I called the support number which connected me to a live support person right away. They took the info, asked for some other info (serial number, video of the stuck startup screen and Amazon order number). A week later I got an email from the tech department asking for a delivery address. A week later a new replacement arrived. Back in business. So, I recommend this eframe but advise you to back it up and save the support information.

Have had the frame for 60 days and it is now JUNK. We have had the frame turn off a few times in the last 30 days but now it will only display the Frame logo no matter how many times you unplug it or reset it. Would like my money back or the frame replaced.3/1/26 Update...Vendor replaced frame and now the frame will no longer boot up again. Frame stopped recognizing my wifi router then after powering the device down and back on the frame hangs up on the FRAMIO logo and boots no further. Vendor manuals are absolutely useless and the website is also of no use when trying to contact the vendor. When working image quality is acceptable...however, when not working the frame is nothing but junk...right now the frame is not working.

Much larger than expected but it is easy to use and I am very glad it is the 15.6 frame. My family members ha the smaller ones and it's harder see the photo. Perfect and easy to set up and use. I love being able to display my photos and watch them.

Nice resolution at a reasonable price. The downside is the software. Easy to import photos and videos via sd card but the slideshow via the shuffle option needs to be fixed. It doesn't perform shuffling since pictures follow in chronological order regardless of setting to shuffle. Have used the 3 selections to force shuffle, no luck. Too bad otherwise 5 stars.

We have had this running non stop since she opened it on Christmas 2025, so, 3.5 months. It just sits on the shelf and goes through pictures. The children like to see themselves and family members in the pictures. Distant family share photos. We looked at a LOT of these. This one is perfect. No subscription needed, bright, clear, and a good size.

I have two of these frames and wanted another one for my bedroom. They are beautiful and function very well. I e never had an issue with them. I do subscribe to the Frameo app because it’s worth the annual cost to be able to manage and ahare pics across multiple frames as well as from my phone. I have a 15 inch and a 10 inch. I decided to go with another 15 inch because I just like the bigger size better.

Ordered June 2025 for a birthday girft for my husband. This frame set up easily enough. Couple tomes a week iy would disconnect. Not a huge deal, but annoying. It is now December 2025 amd the frame onnect at all so i go to setting to try to fix the connection. After 5 attemps i decide to restart the device through the settings. Now it won't power on at all. This junk and a waste of money. Stay away! BUY a differnt product.
