📡 Elevate your satellite game—two dishes, one switch, zero compromises!
The Technomate TM-2S is a 2-way DiSEqC satellite switch designed to combine signals from two satellite LNBs into a single satellite receiver input. Featuring an ultra-low noise figure below 0.2dB, weatherproof housing, and full HDTV DVB-S2 compliance, it offers a reliable, motor-free solution for managing multiple satellite sources with minimal signal loss and high frequency stability.

Worked well for me over a rather long cable run
I bought two of these to rationalise my computer tuner setup. I've got 2 Astra 19.2 LNBs and 4 Astra 28.2 LNBs coming from two separate Sky mini-dishes and feeding into computer tuners. Aim was to reduce computer/expansion slot requirements. All the LNB outputs now come together in the loft, then two of them from each dish join through these units making only 4 feeds in total to computer. I already had a mix of DVBSky and TBS cards. I've found the latter seem to misbehave with MediaPortal and basic Diseqc switching, but the DVBSky cards work perfectly. So, given well made connections and quality wiring, these DiSEqc switches appear to work well with compatible equipment. Even over surprisingly long cable runs, which I had been dubious about. I had to work with a previous Sky installation organised by a previous owner, cables coming half way round the house then into the wrong room (for my purposes). Rather than disturbing that, I extended the cable run from there up through the cavity two levels into the loft, then into the DisEqc switches, then back down again two levels to the right room. It still worked!

Works well.
A simple and easily connected means of running two lnb units with a single input satellite receiver. Works fine with my old Golden Interstar receiver. You need to set up the switching action within the menu system of the receiver. This may be different to my own unit. As the unit is outside it`s a good idea to wrap the F-connectors in self-amalgamating tape and even cover the whole thing with a plastic bag to keep the rain out. It`s working fine using Astra satellites at 19.2 and 28.2 degrees East. Inexpensive and good quality.

Solid product, Perfectly working.
My old DiSEqC Switch started acting out on one input and some frequencies so I needed a drop in replacement. The TM-4S worked perfectly on my HotBird (13.0°E) + Astra 1 (19.2°E) + Astra 2 (28.2°E) system (settings on DiSEqC 1) as soon as I installed it. The switch metal box is sealed making it suitable for an outdoors installation. The connectors are a bit too close to each other for a "painless" installation but on the plus side it is a very compact switch. There is a specification not mentioned in the listing I found on an additional round iridescent label on the black plastic holder and on the cardboard box: "Noise figure 0.2dB". See photo.

4-Way Satellite switch DiSEqC
Just what I needed - it does exactly what it says, swithching between satellite feeds to bring them down a single feed to the decoder. I had been fiddling around connecting and disconnecting multiple cables before finding this little gem, because I could'nt afford/justify expenditure on a motorised system. Using the DiSEqC switching in the decoder is easy once you have understood the principles, so I am now happily and effortlessly switching between 3 satellites simply by changing channel.

Not perfect
Works but port number one is dead and switching between the other ports is slow at times and sometimes doesn't work at all, I found that switching back and forwards when this happens usually works, its doing the job I need it to do but I'm thinking there must be better versions available or maybe I'm just unlucky with this one. A useful product though.
