does the bike ship fully assembled?

Does this bike do well going uphill?

not really most Ebikes have problems going up hill unless you pedals assist then might go up real shallow hills. but the ranger is a good all a round good bike. it does 25mph seat is not the most comfortable either so if you get it concider a cloud9 seat.
