I use this all the time now, and it is a regular part of my hair care routine. The smell is very nice. It is clean and fresh, and not sweet or heavy like some products that smell like they are made for children. It feels good quality and looks after the hair well. It is perfect for my hair. I have 4c hair, and this moisturiser gives exactly what it needs. It conditions deeply, keeps the hair soft, and holds moisture in well. It does not feel heavy or greasy at all. This is the way I use it to get the best result. I spray my hair lightly with water first, then I put on the matching oil from the same range, followed by this moisturiser, and I finish with the gloss. Doing it this way leaves my hair looking very healthy and soft, and it has a nice shine to it. I often get comments on how it looks. There is something I think people should know. If buying from Black‑owned businesses is important to you, you should be aware that this brand is not Black‑owned. I still use it and like it because it works so well, but I am also looking for other good alternatives that are Black‑owned to add to what I use. If you are looking for a moisturiser that actually works for thick, coily, or dry hair, this is very good. It does exactly what it says, smells nice, and leaves the hair looking its best. I recommend it, just keep the background note in mind if that is something you care about.

This needs a good shake before using it. The oil and foam totally separate on arrival. Not as thick as my store bought bottle. The formula may have changed? I will be buying from the store again to compare. It still left my hair very well mositerised but the consistency before a good shake was very off putting

This hair product has helped revive my hair making it manageable and easy to comb. Smells great and the hair lotion goes a long way you don't need a lot to go far.

Item arrived with an unsealed with a black lid . Upon opening, the contents appeared to have a watery consistency that separated. . Item thrown in the bin.

Overall a good product however more creamy based than the label lead one to believe. Good purchase if you prefer a creamy base to an oil base

I buy this product for my daughter all the time as she has afro hair and it's amazing would recommend this to everyone that has afro hair it keeps moisture in and you can use it on wet or dry hair

I have dry brittle relaxed hair from starting early menopause and it's excellent. Just use an amount the size of a marble on the front and back nearer my edges and ends 2-3 times a week.

I had been using this product years. At some point, I couldn’t find it anywhere else. After finding it on Amazon, I remembered how great this product is. I use it to keep a nice sheen in my hair; it helps with dryness and it also protects it from the sun and excessive heat exposure. It’s not really greasy but moisturizes the hair. A little goes a long way. I would definitely recommend it as a great product for black hair types.
