Fiber worked
Needed to have my modem and router on two different sides of the house and this helped tremendously, only needed one adapter as my router had an sfp port that I wanted to use and this fiber worked great to run end of the house to the other

Works, but crossed
Didn't work by default, then I noticed that the connectors were crossed. They come with a numbered plastic label on each 1 & 2. One side was 1,2 the other was 2,1. I had to remove the connectors on one end from the clip holding them and reverse the cables. Then the interfaces came up as expected.
