4in1! I'm so excited! Great idea for coffee drinkers! I have my confort ground Coffee that I like to have at least twice a day... Then I have the capsules with the different types of coffee for the rest of the day. I've been having 2 or 3 machines at once for the last 4 years and the one for the ground coffee broke down and I was looking for a good solution considering that the machine I like less is my L'or capsules ones... I do like the idea they have and I was keen to test it. So far so good. It has a nice bar pressure and makes lovely espresso coffee with capsules and ground coffee. Is not bigger than a capsule coffee machine and it is simple enough to maintain the functionality for long. Forgers crossed!!!!

I needed to replace my 15+ year old coffee machine and since I bought that all the capsule machines have come out and I wasn't sure which brand to go with, this machine looked like it would solve that issue by being able to use Nespresso, Dolce Gusto and normal ground coffee beans. I had plenty of coffee beans left and my local Lidl had their own versions of Nespresso and Dolce Gusto capsules. I bought the machine and the capsules and haven't looked back. I have been using this for a month and tried all the different compatible capsules and ground coffee and this machine does it all without issue and is really simple to use. It has three different drawers, one for Nespresso, one for Dulce Gusto and the other for ground coffee and grond coffee pods, the last drawer has two inserts, one for the pods and one for the coffee and one for the pods. There is a measure spoon and tamper for the ground coffee too. The instruction manual is a bit basic but it is not a problem as this is so simple to use. Select the correct drawer, add your pod/coffee, insert the drawer and pull the arm down to lock it in, then just choose if you want a long or small coffee. The machine heats quickly and has plenty of water for a few cups of coffee. I like the fact it is so slim and looks nice. It is really easy to clean too. I do miss not having a steam wand and it would be nice if the drawers had markings so it was easier to tell which drawer was for which coffee type, but you get it soon enough after using it a while and then you will probably find you will just use one drawer for your favorite coffee, but it is really nice to have the option for the other types. I really like this machine, it is a great size for my kitchen where these days we seem to have more and more machines to do different things, it is also nice to not have a coffee grinder and other things out. It makes a great cup of coffee with a lovely crema on every type of coffee. The kids like the hot chocolate capsules which aldo work well and taste delicious. I would recommend this coffee machine.

Purchased November, stopped working in March. Emailed support, no response. Called Kotlie, on hold. Used AI to try to troubleshoot. Cleared a pipe, got it working, then it failed to pump again.

Bought this for my husband as a replacement for a Pixieclips coffee pod machine which stopped working after 18 months. Good, compact machine for where space is limited. Hadn't heard of the product previously, but initial experience of the machine is good. Husband reports the coffee comes out hotter than wit the Pixieclips, and the machine is easy to use. He loves the fact he has options with regards to the type of pods he can use, and even ground coffee with the adapter provided. All in all, I'd say it's a good buy

The idea behind this machine is good, and the flexibility of using different coffee pod / bags is great. I have used it with the standard ESE system pods and the Senseo pods both with great success, however, the machine will drip for a considerable time after the coffee is made, there is no water level warning and so I did once almost boil the machine dry, and the changing of the pods / capsules is quite a clumsy and messy process, and it is only because of this i dropped 2 stars on the overall rating. If you can deal with the constant mess, its a good coffee machine

I can't praise this coffee machine enough. I have different pods to make the coffee I fancy that day. Whichever type of pod I use, the coffee is always perfect. Customer service is excellent too

Apparemment très beau et très fonctionnel semble de bonne qualité à dans le temps En espérant trouver des accessoires en cas de casse, et aussi de trouver un sav en cas de panne

Era un po' che pensavo di prenderla e poi è capitata l'offerta nel momento che mi si era rotta l'altra. Macchina carina ed elegante, la possibilità di usare diversi tipi di modi per erogare il caffè grazie a tre diversi supporti. Io avevo in casa le crema e gusto e di abitudine uso quelle, ho trovato un aroma che mi piace, ma ho provato la macchina anche con il caffè macinato e si possono usare anche le Nespresso ma quelle non le avevo. In entrambi i modi la macchina fa un caffè bello cremoso, accensione in 10 secondi, un pochino più lungo il tempo di erogazione ma si pochi secondi. Vantaggio dalla macchina che avevo prima della Krups, che essendo elettronica si può programmare, mentre l'altra dovevo accendere e spegnere io manualmente. Arriva preimpostata dalla casa madre ma a me che ad esempio piace più corto, ho potuto regolare il tempo di uscita grazie alla tenuta in pressione fino al livello scelto ( ben spiegato nelle istruzioni) perché la comodità di questa macchina è proprio il fatto che non devo interrompere l'erogazione ma si ferma da sola. Nel caso del caffè macinato, con l'apposito braccetto con il filtro e la pressione giusta, eroga un caffè cremoso come la cialda. Due scelte tra caffè da tazzina e caffè o thè o tisana in tazza grande. La macchina merita attenzione perché molto vicino alle professionali, a me è piaciuta molto e sono contenta dell'acquisto oltre che la consiglierei
