Why cant you make it a reasonable price?

If you look ay the other cheaper "silk" pillowcases you'll realize they're all polyester. Read the bad reviews and the questions and you'll see. There's no way to make real silk that cheap. Any that are that cheap are 100% fake.

Is it tight on the pillow? My pillows are more than 20" high.

It’s not tight on my pillow but, my pillow is not that thick. I took a tape measure to measure the pillowcase with my pillow in it. It will be tight and I’m not sure the pillowcase wouldn’t rip. I love the pillowcase!

They are hand washable. However, I have a hand wash cycle on my washing machine so I used that and added delicate sweaters with my Blissy and hung it up to dry which didn't take long at all.
