If I use this to clean a patio that my dogs use as their toilet area will this affect it working

Hi, I wouldn't think that it will affect the cleaning. It's safe to use around pets and plants. I would like to say to use the product on a day that is sunny and no rain is due for the 2 days. Hioe this was helpful.

Can I use thisto kill moss etc on a bitumen/ felted flat roof with stone chippings on top?

I used it on a sloping felt roof and although it appeared to kill much of the moss, it proved hard to remove dead moss and it has reappeared over the autumn. so I will reapply in April .

Is this going to do anything that a pressure washer can’t do?

Yes, it will clean off the algae and other irritants, but it doesn't damage the pointing between the slabs or damage the surface. I used a pressure washer for many years, until I found Simply Spray, and I will not go back to pressure washing, even if I need to repeat the spray twice per year, it is quicker, cleaner and less fussy.

Can this be used on fences already painted? Concerned it will impact the existing paint under the algae and have to repaint the fence. Thanks.

I used it on mine, it worked within 24 to 36 hours , doesn't look to have had an effect on the paint on fence and it got rid of the algae.
