this oil in all the right spots along with a large ice pack on the back of my neck, can ease a bad bad headache. also l had a deep muscle ache in my thigh so i just rubbed some in to it too. and laid my leg on a heat pad. i think the oil helped that too. for a headache, the spots are (for me) back of my neck at my hairline, both temples rubbed in circles, careful to stay as far from eyes as possible. and the forehead. from the center where you rub in a circle to the hairline out to both sides.. having someone else gentlely doing the massaging would be nice. the smell is strong but i find it relaxing. i don't apply it to my face with the roller. i put it on my fingers and apply it to my face by massage with my hands. it really doesn't take much but if you have headaches often make sure you always have some on hand. i try to keep two at all times.

As a person that suffers from constant migraines, I cannot say enough fantastic things about this product. This product has helped me deal with a variety of migraines. From ones that I feel coming on to full blown ones. I have recommended it to family and friends and they have had great results with it and carry it everywhere they go as well. Please note that it will not work for everyone and all headaches and migraines are different. And I am not here to give you medical advice, but provide you with my experience with this product and my migraines. I get the best use out of this product when I feel a migraine coming on or have mild to intense one. The migraine stick can usually help get rid of the ones coming on and help limit the intensity of the ones I am having. If it is a full on attack, this product will do me no justice other than to help with the nausea as I will roll some on under my nose and breathe it in. The areas I usually hit are my temples (be careful not get too close to your eyes), forehead, under my nose, and the back of my neck. Just be careful until it dries or you might accidentally rub it in areas you do not intend to and then get that minty, cool sting. One other thing I enjoy about this product is that you are able to use it in combination with other methods or treatments you currently use in order to treat your headaches/migraines. This has really helped with my migraines, trigeminal neuralgia spasms and the muscle knots in my neck. I bought three varieties, not knowing which one I would need. I have used all three of them and they’re all great. The one with menthol and the one with peppermint is very strong and makes my eye water. But it is very effective. And the relief is worth the watery eyes.

This little stick is amazing ! After giving up on every medication I tried,I had to resolve myself to accept suffering. While my migraines keep coming back, at least by rubbing the stick and also breathing it slowly while resting for a little while.it can go away. To me, it’s a blessing.

A Godsend! It provides temporary relief, and feels really good on a 115°F day! The only warning I would give is that if you are sensitive to SMELLS, this might not work for you. I bought an extra one for my niece, but strong (minty kinda smells) odors send her migraines into the ozone layer. This also helps if you have congestion with you migraines, a kinda BONUS feature. 😁

My adult daughter has been suffering from migraines the past 7 months without much relief.
