The strength hold is 12, does it harden the hair?

Yes the hair hardens, depending on how much you use, but is easy to wash out, it's a good gel with a nice smell

What's the difference between this and the Orange and Green?

The orange one seems to be more mega hold the green one regular.

How can I talk to you about the fact my package was damaged and the gel was everywhere!?

You must of been very unlucky, ordered several times & never once had a problem.
