Philips HC7450/13 Hair Clipper with DualCut Series 7000

I own one of the cordless models from 3 years ago. It worked wonders; fast cutting, no snagging. This one is a lot better. The length adjustment is much more precise with assertive clicks. Battery lasts and lasts, not having to worry about it dying before you finish a haircut. The only downside is it is not washable under tap like the previous models. So getting the bits of hair out of the blades (there is a small compartment where you slide open), you clean it out with the included small brush instead of simply rinsing it under the tap. Performance outweighs not being waterproof I think.

Badly made - I’ve been using Phillips hair clippers for years and now I’ve got two of this type at home with the same identical problem with with a metal component that is responsible operating the blades coming loose

Keeps me bald, does my beard as well when needed. Solid contruction, fast charging.

Gives a good cut but its very easy to adjust cutting length to the lowest setting when cutting hair without knowing it.setting for length is very loose.

Purchased for my husband stopped working after 5th use , made funny noise and blade didnt cut, seller didnt want to help sent me back to philips for guarantee.

Can cut really short if required and I have had no trouble with it holding the set length. I preferred the idea of manual adjustment as electric control seam like a gimic and just something else to go wrong. I ordered a beard combe direct from Philips as I find it better for very short hair cutting.
