Vichy Dercos Energy+ (the one with Aminexil) is absolutely the best hair-strengthening shampoo and a total must-have if you're dealing with thinning or breakage. The smell is a bit abnormal it has a more medicinal, clinical scent rather than a flowery one, but it’s totally worth it because of how well it works. It’s packed with Niacinamide and AHA to deeply clean the scalp, and it leaves your hair feeling significantly thicker and more resistant from the very first wash. While the scent is a little different, it doesn't linger, and the results of seeing way less hair in your brush make it a complete holy grail for anyone wanting stronger, fuller-looking hair.

I’ve been using the Vichy Dercos Energy+ Anti-Hair Loss Stimulating Shampoo (390ml) for around three months, alongside the matching conditioner. One of the standout features is how well it lathers. You need very little product to get a rich, satisfying foam. It feels like it cleans thoroughly without stripping the hair, and in combination with the conditioner, my hair feels noticeably healthier and better cared for. Even with daily washing, one bottle lasted me about three months, which makes it relatively good value given the size. I’ve seen some comments about issues with the cap or pump mechanism, but I haven’t experienced any problems across two separate orders. In fact, the bottle comes with a clever clip that secures the pump at the base, locking it in place. This makes it ideal for travel as you can put it in a suitcase without worrying about accidental leaks. In terms of formulation, it contains Aminexil, which is often described as a derivative of minoxidil (albeit less researched and tested in trials). I'm not sure it has the efficacy of minoxidil topical however, time will tell. Do be warned that topical minoxidil has the effect of accelerating an initial hair shed phase before you'll see any meaningful re-growth. Overall, I’ve found this to be a very good shampoo. It is effective, long-lasting, and easy to use. I’d happily repurchase it.

J'ai une chute massive des cheveux suite à un choc émotionnel depuis 6 mois, et j'attends mon rdv médical pour savoir s'il n'y a pas une cause hormonale associée type alopécie androgénétique. Cela fait seulement 2 mois que j'utilise le shampoing, et je peux déjà dire que lors de la douche, ma chute est passée de sévère à modérée. À côté de ce soin topique, je me suis supplémentée en vitamines et oméga 3, avec augmentation des protéines alimentaires dans mes repas (tout cela essentiel pour la pousse des cheveux) depuis 4 mois. Je suis en médecine, je peux vous donner ces conseils lors de chutes de cheveux anormales : rdv chez votre médecin afin de doser les vitamines et le fer, la DHT, pour voir s'il n'y a pas des carences/alopécie androgénétique derrière tout ça. Ensuite utiliser des produits prouvés scientifiquement efficaces, cela change la donne, et puis se supplémenter si besoin. N'espérez pas des résultats en 1-2 mois ; cela prend minimum 3 à 6 mois avant de voir les résultats, la consistance de vos soins/supplémentations est essentielle afin d'avoir des résultats. Également, le dermaroller 2 fois par semaine a été prouvé qu'il stimule bien le flux sanguin et donc la pousse de cheveu (prenez le 0,5 mm). Bon courage à tous pour la chute de cheveux, que ce soit hormonal ou dû à des chocs, jeunes ou âgés, ce n'est jamais agréable. La gamme DERCOS est vraiment top, le sérum est très similaire au sérum de la marque Kérastase, quelques ingrédients changent mais la concentration en Aminoxil est identique. Le seul bémol pour moi pour le sérum c'est le prix, ce qui n'a pas trop de sens car le shampoing et l'après-shampoing sont hyper abordables.
