This plane is super quality. Easy to use, easy to clean, and very sharp (watch your fingers). It does exactly what it says on the tin, which, after all is exactly what consumers want. The plane is also very thin, so be extra careful when washing this thing. A recommended buy. AAA+

This could be the holy grail of graters for me, its the third that I've used in recent weeks. This one is a keeper! IT is sturdy in the hand and wide enough to grate lemons and oranges. The zest melts away such is the sharpness of the blade. The zest produced is a little on the fine side but I use it primarily to flavour than to garnish so that's fine with me. Its easy to wash and the blade guard is a terrific bonus to keep oneself safe! A lovely item that I would wholeheartedly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier! What a purchase! It runs through your Parmesan Reggiano like a freshly sharpened samari sword, encrusting the surface of any dish with a fine coat of feather-like silk. Good for zesting too! A must have for any aspiring chefs kitchen ensemble. Must buy!

This is a replacement for my original identical grater. The plastic handle of my old old one broke. It was a few years old and got a bit blunt. The new one is very sharp and hopr it stays that way. Used mainly for grating lemon rind.

I've had this item for nearly a year and it still looks and works as it did when I first bought it, despite being used on a daily basis. I use this mainly for grating garlic and ginger but it also makes cheese go a lot further than a course grater. I find typical box graters uncomfortable to use due to the awkward handles, I would often catch/graze my skin while grating and they're also very difficult to clean. This grater rinses food away in seconds, doesn't scag my dishcloths if I do scrub it and the handle is comfortable to use. I am buying the coarse and ribbon versions now because of how much time and effort this has saved me!

I've bought this for someone else as they always love mine. It's a pleasure to use, cleans easily and the lemon zest or parmesan shavings are truly brilliant. My old grater never got things as fine as this. And with so little effort too as it's so sharp. Excellent all round. A quality product

Brilliant! Perfect for zesting or grating garlic or ginger. Very sharp but does come with a guard for when it’s in the drawer. I’ve had a few different brands over the years but this is by far the best.
