Good quality & excellent content
The quality of this book is very good and the exercises are explained nicely, see photos. Can be used by anyone - not just instructors!

Bought this as I could not find a book for the beginner, good thing I took some lessons as this book is definitely for an instructor.

Cheapy quality and printing not aligned
The print was cheap paper and photocopies, off centre and off page BUT it does explain how to do exercises. Could have been condensed massively and had all the volumes in one,.

Decent Beginner's Book
The contents of the book are pretty good. It has a comprehensive list of basic reformer exercises. I think the format of the descriptions could be a little easier to read. Each exercise takes up two pages (the book is pretty big - A4, letter size paper). There's no highlighting of any sections, so you just have to re-read the entire page to pick up on the basics of the exercise. The quality of the print is really bad. It looks like it was printed out at home and bound at a local print shop. The pictures are low resolution and are cut off on the outside of each page. I think the cost of the book is too high for the quality of the print and lack of professional formatting of the text.

Disappointing quality but good info.
The exercises are nicely explained and the picture are useful. Yet again the print quality is poor, the pictures fall off the page, this would get 5 stars off me if it wasn’t for the quality.
