Absolutely love this range of BetterYou vitamins. This Vitamin B12 supplement is in a small bottle, easily popped into handbags, makeup bags etc. The pump action works smoothly and reliably so far. Four sprays daily are recommended to the inside of cheek. The taste is also ok! Not too strong, in fact it’s quite pleasant and no bitter aftertaste. My only negative is its red colour, not sure why it needs to be bright red. The delivery was super fast and the price was so much lower than from high street retailers. I would recommend this to others :). far better than tablet form for me.

Only just started on this I must say does have a nice taste and no bitterness which is good I put four pumps under my tongue and hold for a few seconds to absorb and then swallow and I am enjoying taking it and alot easier than swallowing tablets

It is a good supplement if you are a vegetarian or Vegan, I was told it is not needed on a normal diet though.

Tastes ok for something like this. Supposed to help boost your B12 if your feeling tired, did seem to give me a boost.

Faster and more convenient, pleasant taste. They say the spray is absorbed better don't they. Trouble is with food supplements you never know if they're doing you any good!! Don't actually feel any different do you, maybe I'll live longer! Live in hopes.

I'm at drama school as a mature student and last term I was feeling INCREDIBLY burned out. I've suffered from severe burnout before from working a corporate job before - i felt like my brain was stuffed with cotton wool, I had terrible brain fog, I was constantly exhausted, spending every minute of free time sleeping and still waking up exhausted, and my mood was down the toilet. Back then I went to the doctor and tested rock bottom for vitamin b12, D, ferritin and folate. I felt pretty much the same when term ended: I couldn't think clearly, I was randomly really struggling with some very basic lines, notes from directors which needed to be implemented instantly for screen was overwhelming (with stage I could at least write it down first and then take some time to process, but screen is redirection between takes, so you have to be really on it -so I decided to take some vitamins because as an actor you NEED your brain to work so you can remember lines - you can't cruise through on autopilot or hold your brain together with post-it notes. I'm terrible with remembering to take pills but somehow these are much easier to remember to take. I take B12, D and Iron all by BetterYou. Individually the sprays taste nice, i just chuck them all down my neck at the same time and they still taste ok, even though mint (Vid D) and fruit is a little odd in terms of a combination. I've been taking them for a month and even though I'm still knackered and foggy all the time, it's not AS bad as it was. I'm feeling maybe 15-20% better I wake up with a little more pep in my step, my weekends aren't wasted being a slug in bed, my mood has definitely improved (although I think that's also to do with having a 5 week break). Vitamin deficiences take time to build back up - 3-6 months so I think I'm on track to being a functional human again.

I only just started using this and I can’t sleep with it . Maybe because I did it to late in the day rather than morning . Would not recommend for people with insomnia or sleep issues . It’s a very sweet flavour and a red colour. It’s gluten free . I am still using it . Early in the morning and it bizzarely gives more energy!! Nice one guys … just don’t take it at 4pm and spray more than 4 sprays or you’ll be up alllllll night …. Unless you need to be of course 🙂

Acheté , racheté et encore ! Le jour et la nuit. Les besoins en b12 sont tellement importants. . L’énergie, l’humeur, le coeur, les cheveux, les ongles, cernes sombres, les fonctions cognitives , neurotransmetteurs et j’en passe . C’est un besoin vital et chacun devrait avoir à se soucier de ces choses. Le goût j’en suis accro , perso je fais 3 pshits sous la langue (la où c’est immédiatement absorber via les vaisseaux sanguins) J’ai recommandé à tous mes proches et tous ont vue la différence vraiiimentttt! Bref, un indispensable

4 sprays tous les matins en bouche , un verre d'eau et hop! Personnellement je ressens un mieux être depuis que je le prends et moins de fatigue dans la matinée.

I’ve tried other B12 products and this by far is the best!! It works quickly and lasts!! I buy it all the time!! I have fibromyalgia and have a hard time getting started in the morning and this gets me going!! Love it!!
