Hello, what is the depth, or capacity of each saucepan?

Small = approx 75mm external depth, capacity max. 1 litre. Medium = approx 85mm external depth, capacity max. 1.5 litre Large = approx 95mm external depth, capacity max 2.1 litre Capacities taken from markings inside each saucepan.

The frying pans are non-stick, the saucepans are not.

I have a ceramic hob, I can only use base of 20CM, someone know the size of the base?

How much liquid fits in it, one litre?

I purchased two - a 20 cm omelette pan and a 26 cm. In terms of capacity, one litre of water comes to about 5mm below the brim of the 20cm and two litres reaches a similar level on the 26mm. Whether in practice you want want that much liquid in either pan is another matter!
