Really nice addition to my home office, especially since my back is screaming at me to ‘get up’ when I am working. Easy to assemble and a nice extra gift in the box. Contacted customer support for a quick query and they were very responsive. More expensive than other products on the market but I did order a similar item from another vendor and was sent a rattan garden mirror instead. Also, looking at reviews for similar products on Amazon, the wood seemed cheap and overrall not very sturdy. This item is sturdy, easy to assembly and the guide wires add extra stability. Warmly recommended!

Great product but the Price is a bit high, I could have this made for a lot less.

I used to use a standing desk at work and got this for working from hime. As you can see I have bought an extra laptop stand to place on the top shelf to raise the screen another 10-12inches. I am 6ft 3 and the extra stand is essential. If you were 5'10 you might be ok but I'd still get an extra stand with some more lift. As you can see you also need a wireless mouse and keyboard as you don't want to be trying to do that up in the air! Finally - the product is wonderful in terms of aesthetics and design/practicality. I wouldn't have bought anything else but it's still crazy expensive for some cut out plywood. I continue to think it was well worth it though.

This is easily the best standing desk converter ever. I have used two other types before and this wins hands down. Sturdy. Perfect ergonomic design. Genuinely straight back and neck. It fits naturally on my desk and I feel better already. I hope my son steals it so I can buy another. Also outstanding customer care. A minor issue about the cable hook. User issue of course. They called, advised. All sorted. Brillant. It is a bit more in terms of cost than the others you might come across. You pay for what you get. This is worth every penny. From box to setup literally took 30 seconds. No nuts, bolts or Allen keys - just slot together and voila! It’s relatively small and packs flat making it is easy to travel with and take into the office. I also love the aesthetic natural feel of this standing desk. Unlike some of the other monstrosities on the market which are all made from metal and plastic and feel quite imposing, Humbleworks have designed a genuinely beautiful looking standing desk that is both functional and a joy to look at. I originally wanted a standing desk to help with my posture and back pain. I had tested out other desks that go up and down but I found that I still faced down looking at the screen which craned my neck so wasn’t really solving the problem. I would highly recommend this standing desk converter.

Nicely made and easy to assemble. Does what it says and is study on my normal desk. The keyboard test is not that wide so with a big keyboard like I have there is little room for the mouse. I added an extension plate so now fixed.

My daughter brought this back in 2020 when the pandemic hit. She has to stand up whilst working due to back issues and this does not disappoint. It is extremely easy to disassemble and reassemble and she can take it to different locations if needs be as it’s not too heavy to cart around. She ordered many different products before this one which just didn’t work for her as they were never the right height or were a bit on the cheap side. The bottom shelf where the keyboard and mouse go is not quite big enough but she just has her keyboard on a slant so that her mouse can fit comfortably. It could be a bit wider to enable the keyboard to sit straight with the mouse. My daughter is 5ft2 and has this sitting on the dining room table and it is a perfect height for her. She invested in a monitor screen which fits nicely on the top shelf if you didn’t want to use your laptop as a screen.

I bought Stan 1 (one of their desks). I use it with my 15 inch MacBook Pro. I have an extended Bluetooth Apple keyboard that fits on the standard shelf (that comes with it) but there was no room for my wireless mouse. However, I was able to buy the wider shelf separately directly from HumbleWorks. It's solid and built well. I like the birchwood construction vs some other metal contraption.

Pros: I first got one of those traditional office standing desks that you can pump up and down. The fact that those don't let you independently move your keyboard position from your screen position (unless you splurged on a $400+ one) made those completely useless for me, as it was the keyboard-to-screen hunch that was ruining my back and made me need a standing desk. I also had bought one of the tallest ones on amazon and it still didn't hit the eye level I needed it to (I'm only 5'7, so I don't know how 6ft tall people were happy with it - I was still slightly craning my neck downwards towards the screen). This one is perfect. It's very tall, lets me type ergonomically, I can put my laptop at eye level no matter whether I'm sitting or standing, it's small enough that it doesn't take over my entire desk and I can push it back if I need more room, and it looks a bit more aesthetically pleasing than a traditional huge standing desk. Mediums: It takes a bit of getting used to, to move the levels as frequently as I do (because I change my sitting/standing positions a fair amount). It can take a second to actually align it - you have to kind of jiggle it around and check behind the desk to make sure it's slotted in correctly. But after a week it stopped feeling inconvenient and I got used to it/quicker at it and it doesn't feel inconvenient anymore. If we're being nitpicky, I wish the larger level was ever so slightly bigger so I had more room to rest my hands, but I don't notice it much. If you have a bulky laptop, this might not be great for you - my 13in MacBook fits perfectly on both levels but if yours was significantly larger it would probably jut off the edge a bit. I also think a large keyboard and mouse would be difficult with this - I have a small mac keyboard and trackpad which fit perfectly but if you have a larger PC setup there is a larger version of this desk that you should buy instead. Finally, if you have mobility issues in your hands or arms, this probably isn't for you. You have to manually take out and put back in the pieces of wood, which aren't heavy for me but I imagine could be a bit tiring to be doing all day if you have a condition that could make that inconvenient.

My wife bought this for her use as she works from home, and was able to quickly build the desk to fit her station. She is a bit over 5' tall, and the desk works well for her at her height. She uses this on the back porch, and has a smaller support for while she works in the house. I have recently been able to work from home more frequently, and so have adjusted the desk to fit my needs. I am 5'11", and set the computer support to a higher - but not the highest position. My laptop is much larger and heavier, and the desk supports the computer without issue. My one complaint is with the keyboard support. I am able to adjust the keyboard to a good position, but there is barely room for a mouse beside the keyboard. Making one side wider to allow more room for a mouse would be a welcome addition. My wife built the station quickly, without any issues. It is light, and easy to adjust. The wood is attractive and simple - it fits our needs well.

I am absolutely THRILLED with this desk. In this era of WFH I was challenged to find a desk that would allow me to bring my laptop to eye level and not take up much space. All other desks I found were made for use with big monitors and I needed something that would work with just my laptop. The adjustable slats allowed me to put my laptop at the perfect height. And as far as space goes- I live in a very small space really wanted something quite minimal. I can break it down and store it easily each night and for the weekend. Very easy to put together. Took about 5 mins. And it's super cute. Again, I'm absolutely THRILLED!
