The answer is "no" my sooty did not have a wand.

Does this come loose or is it packaged in its own packaging (like the sooty and sweep are?)

I'm afraid I cannot remember. It didn't not come in a commercialised box. However, my pupils adore Sooty.A lovely puppet.

My son has disabilities - and has small adult hands. Would his hands fit inside Sweep?
