Will this stick a silicone rubber watch strap together to itself

Hi yes it will stick rubber does tend to harden the area , as one of the other answers said if your watch itself is still OK I would personally opt for a new strap due to not being 100% sure of the glued section good luck

Will this work for resin warhammer models?

Yes it works on WH minis, it's pretty much what I use to stick them in a pose.

Will this be suitable for car trim

No . It's useless .only thing it's good for is skin. It's failed on every surface I've used on.

Will this stick a handle back onto a cup ??

I have repaired a large ceramic figure and have no problem with the strength of the fix. I would expect that if you use the Loctite as per the instructions and hold the two pieces firmly for a minute or two as, like the head of my figure they will not be self supporting and then leave for at least 24 hours and the repair should be fine. I approached my repair with some trepidation as repairs had failed many years, but this has been fine.
