Definitely better than my flat mat, reasonably thick at wrist support, works fine with optical mouse. For the price, pretty good.

I have a a mouse mat at work with a gel wrist rest and decided to get one for home. I had a good look a different mats on Amazon and there didn't seem to be an outright winner. This one was quite cheap with reasonable reviews. The mat area is good. It's smooth and flat (at the moment) but not terribly rigid, so I suspect it may begin to curl at the edges in time. The gel pad isn't great. Once you lean on it leaves an indentation. I have very slim wrists, so I'm not using excess pressure. My mouse mat at work bounces back after lifting your arm. That being said, it is comfortable enough, it feels a bit like an inflated balloon - like you are displacing air every time you press the pad. I use an Apple wireless mouse and it was getting gritty using it directly on the desk, this mat is extremely smooth so I'm happy enough. It's not as good as my work one (which is unbranded so I have no idea who made it) but if I hadn't had something else to compare with I probably wouldn't find any fault with it. I swithered whether to return it, but it suits my requirements and I'm getting used to the slightly squishy gel pad.

Avant que j'achète ce tapis de souris, je n'ai rien du tout, mais à force je commençais à ressentir des douleurs peu intense et gêne au poignet, donc sur conseil d'un ami j'ai cherché un repose poignet à cause de cela. J'ai trouvé celui-ci qui a un prix correct (moins de 9€) et honnêtement je ressens vraiment la différence et plus de soucis au niveau du poignet ! Le tissu me semble plutôt de bonne qualité à première vue, car j'ai connu les tapis à 2 € qui finisse par avoir le tissu qui se décolle. J'ai un tapis de gamer sans repose poignet sur un autre PC et le toucher ainsi que la ressemble sont proche, donc je pense que ça devrait bien tenir à ce niveau là, de plus, le poignet n'est pas en contact avec le bord du tapis grâce au repose poignet (car c'est souvent là qu'il y a ce problème de décollement du tissu dû au frottement de la main). Pour ma part, la surface est suffisance car j'ai une accélération du curseur assez rapide, ça se règle dans les paramètres de la souris. Sinon le tapis ne glisse pas et reste bien en place sur la table. Le seul petit bémol, qui n'en ai pas un en soi, c'est qu'au niveau du bord du tapis, du côté du repose poignet, le bord droit et gauche se relève de quelques millimètres, mais honnêtement ça ne gène en rien vu que le poignet doit être au centre de ce repose poignet :) Pour conclure, si vous cherchez un repose poignet de bonne manufacture et à un prix correct, je vous conseille celui-ci et même si ça dure un an, faite le calcul du prix divisé par 12 mois, c'est déjà pas mal, c'est toujours moins cher qu'une opération du canal carpien et puis rien n'est éternel non plus ;-)
