Great both as snack as well as sprinkle on soups 😄

Delicious with added fruit and seeds.

This had no flavour other than that of burnt toast. It was very dark in colour and looked and tasted foul. I am very into raw food and so was not wanting or expecting a sugar kick or the sweet taste of popular granolas - but this had no other flavour than the burnt flavour - awful. Straight in the bin and normally I am loathe to waste food, but it was inedible. I could have chargrilled some MDF for the same taste.

The cereal was just crumbs and expensive

Another good healthier option. A good substitute if you have digestive issues as it is gentle on the stomach so recommend

Superfast delivery cereal is very nice. Bought for my mother who has come over from America. She is into all this health eating thing and absolutely loves it.

Hardly any almonds, tasteless

I like pouring Ezekiel cereal over ice cream or yogurt. I sometimes sprinkle some in a PBJ sandwich, for the crunch and extra fiber. It's very crunchy, with clean ingredients. Very good for your health. Quality product.

I’m prediabetic and have been wanting a cereal that wouldn’t spike me. While this isn’t the best it’s really good with a little allulose sprinkled on it. It’s very healthy tasting and has almost a grape nuts kind crunch and flavor. It did not affect my blood sugar in a negative way. Usual small rise and gradual fall.

Great with greek yogurt & fruit. I like the taste & nice crunch; no mid morning droop from insulin rush/blood sugar plunge. Fiber/protein/carb ratio seems balanced. I keep it in a sealed bag in the fridge to prevent oxidation. Otherwise, it gets that stale cereal smell.

I had this with 2% milk, usually alone but sometimes mixed with rolled oats I have a complicated relationship with grape-nuts, they fall into that category of food which, based on its characteristics, I should like but for some reason don't. The flavor is okay, but the hardness is a hard sell. The pieces of this cereal are significantly larger and less dense. Not sweet, or barely sweet at least, and the almond contributes only a little to the flavor/texture. It tastes healthy, that's for sure, and I liked it enough to finish the whole box in a couple weeks. I'll try the other varieties as well, but this is expensive cereal so I say try looking for a sale if you can find one. If you like grape-nuts in flavor or concept, or other grain cereals, I would recommend getting it at try.

Literally the best healthy cereal available. Just add a little honey and it’s delicious. These idiots saying it doesn’t taste good are used to eating Frosted Flakes and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Oh really, it doesn’t taste like processed, sugar filled garbage?! Oh my god it tastes natural without additives and preservatives and sugar? The horror! If you are looking for cereal that won’t kill you if you eat it, this is the one.
