Huge difference!
I bought some Ultimate Ears SuperFi Pro 5s a while back, they came with medium foam tips and a range of rubber tips, I'd been getting by with those for a couple of years but never 100% satisfied with the sound or the fit. Finally got round to buying a set of these in small and what a difference it's made! They fit my small ears perfectly, the isolation is absolutely incredible, almost disconcerting, not sure I'd be comfortable wearing them on a bike ride for example as you'd be too disconnected from the surroundings. The bass response has also improved and tightened up with the better fit and they stay in place much better which makes it a lot more consistent. The wax guards are an extra bonus meaning I won't have to poke around the expensive earphones cleaning them, and don't seem to affect the treble at all. I use these earphones for mixing live bands in ear monitors and getting the new foam tips has definitely put off the expense of buying custom moulds for a while longer!

Absolute comfort
I've always had massive fit issues with in ear monitors. I find most silicon tips just slide right out, have a really poor seal, or are very uncomfortable. I had reached the point where I had all but given up on using anything in ear as I was constantly pushing them back in as they fell out, often before I could reach the front door, let alone exercise. Then I was introduced to memory foam tips. I've tried most brands of foam tips and Comply are the best by far. I'm an isolation plus fan all the way. They create a great seal without discomfort even during exercise when most tips would just walk out of my ears. They also give great noise isolation compared to silicon. Don't forget to "roll" the tips before insertion (as per instructions) and do hold them in place for around 15 seconds while they warm up and mould themselves to your ears. You'll get deeper insertion, better isolation and less chance of them slipping out if you do this. The downside of Comply is a tiny effect on treble and bass with some iems, though this can be a bonus if you've got a pair prone to high frequency resonance. With most iems it's negligible and certainly doesn't interfere in the way a bad seal does. Another thing to be aware of is memory foam tips don't last forever, regardless of manufacturer. All are degraded by the natural oils from your skin and will break down over time. I wash mine regularly and they last for ages, a practice I'd recommend regardless of what eartips you use. If you really can't get on with comply and have fit/seal/comfort issues then try AZLA SednaEarfit XELASTEC which I find to be the best silicon type tips by far. They aren't as comfortable as Comply, do need frequent washing and don't last forever before they start to lose their properties either. They also don't come close to Comply for isolation. Overall Comply are the best and will last as long as I would want to keep an eartip without replacement.

Good, not the best for the gym. Used with Jaybird Bluebuds X
I would give these 5 stars if it weren't for the limitations in the gym. Firstly they fit on the Bluebuds well as advertised. Because these are memory foam, they simply soak up sweat. This means they loose their sturdiness and start falling out. It also means the foam starts to disintegrate after repeated use. Consequently, I have gone back to the stock silicone buds. Outside of the gym, they are fine, offer decent noise cancellation and are comfortable for long periods.

Worth the upgrade
They were a very tight fit on my Jaybird Bluebuds, but once I managed to finally get them on the difference between these and the standard ones is huge. The Jaybird original ones tend to slip out of my ears as they're silicone and shiny, but these stay in even when running. The sound reduction is much higher, so they were well worth the buy. I was using the large size originals, and these are probably a tiny bit bigger but are foam so they compress to give a better grip.

I instigated a return on these as the associated items I bought them for were terrible.
These might be OK but the associated items I bought them for were total rubbish, so I instigated a return on all the items. They did fit the items I bought them for but the other items were so bad that I instigated a return on them, so I would have no reason to buy these again.

So comfy and good sound
I bought these after looking to get some smaller tips for my Ultimate Ears Triple.Fi 10s as the ones i had for it hurt my ears after a short time which lasted for a few days after use. It was so bad that i stopped using these headphones altogether for a long time. Recently i went on to the Ultimate Ears accessory site looking to see if they did smaller tips and noticed these were linked so i took a look on their website and also at various reviews for them. I thought i would give them a go since they couldnt really be any worse than the ones i had already (the original silicone ones). I wasnt sure what size i would need so was glad i found the multipack set. Turns out the small ones are better for me, i was using the medium silicone ones. I tried them the same day they arrived and was amazed at how comfy they are, there was no pain at all and my ears were fine the next day too. I also realised just how good these headphones sounded since i had not used them for such a long time.

Very disappointing
These replacement covers cost more than many complete earbuds, so I expected a high level of quality. The reality is very different. First issue is that they don't easily fit on one of the sets of headphones which is in the list. This isn't insurmountable, they do fit with persistence but I wasn't prepared for 15 mins to fit each one. Bigger issue is that the integrity of the foam has already failed, after only a few weeks, with several large splits Biggest issue is thst I wasn't overly fussed when the foam failed as they are the least comfortable tips I've used. They are very hot in use, giving a strange scratchy feeling in my ears and a sensation as if they are constantly pulling the skin inside my ear. On the other hand, they do stop any noise leakage and they isolate very well, but I can't wear them for more than 20-30 mins.

Not waxguard at all
If u just use them couple of time wax get all over and makes it sticky and uncomfortable and hard to get in your ear I would look for better ones.

Amazing
Amazon delivered these earphone tips on time today. The fit and sound quality are just amazing. I have a pair of high end Monster Gold earphones and the sound quality has definitely been enhanced. Brilliant !!!!

Step up vs originals
Replaced the originals with those on my Moondrop Arias and haven't had any issues with them coming out of my ears on stage. Sweat or no sweat. Isolation is also much better and I can be a bit closer to the cymbals now. Recommended.

EXCELENTES ALMOHADILLAS
