Curver Style Laundry Storage Hamper 60L

I bought this Curver large laundry basket after my old one finally gave up (both handles broke on a cheaper model I had before) and I’m loving this one. The capacity is just right for a full laundry load, and it feels incredibly sturdy even when filled to the top. You can really tell the quality difference compared to other baskets I’ve used. I also love the design and cream colour. It’s stylish enough that it doesn’t look out of place if it’s sitting in the kitchen or bedroom. The handles are comfortable to hold and don’t dig into your hands when you’re carrying heavier loads, which makes a big difference. It's also fairly light even with wet laundry. Highly recommend if you want something sturdy, practical, and nice to look at.

Great value item

No issues with this laundry basket. Good quality and cheaper than I could find in stores. It is a slightly off white colour which I was expecting... do not expect it to be bright white. I have not bothered using the supplied fittings to tether the lid. Instead I just lift the lid on and off because that suits me better... as it makes it easier to fill and empty. Capacity is good and would suit a small family. It looks good as well so am happy with this purchase.

the washing basket is very good value

Extremely sturdy well made heavy plastic construction that makes this laundry basket feel a quality item. Finished in an off white almost ivory colour, this basket comes in two pieces, those being the lid, and the basket container. The lid is attached easily by means of a hinge bar which is slotted into place within a choice of two positions, this facilitates either side opening with the hinge placed on the left narrow side, or the more conventional front opening, with the hinge placed at the rear along the wider edge. Attaching the hinge bar is done so by slightly bending the supple plastic bar so that it locates into two holes, one either side of the hinge recess. All that remains is gor the lid to placed into its closed position, and a little pressure applied so that the lid clips onto the hinge bar. It may sound complicated, but believe me its so simple it only takes 30 seconds to do. Once you've made your choice of how you want it to open , your all done. It will hold a full 60 litres of washing, which is basically a good full load in your washing machine, so its very handy indeed. The top edge of the basket has been constructed of thick plastic around the carry handle area, making it sturdy enough to hold a heavy load of bedding sheets or blankets without breaking in the manner you would normally expect from cheaper more brittle plastics. So in summury this basket is very strong, very lightweight, very well made, and excellent value and quality. I've used plenty of laundry baskets during 26 years of marriage, and this one is far and away the best one i have ever used. Take it from me, you will not be disappointed, but you will be pleased by what a superb item you've aquired.

I love this. Is it sad to love a laundry bin?? Well I guess I am sad. We’ve just redone our bedroom and I already have the matching baskets. My old wicker laundry bin had seen better days so I was really pleased to see this. You have to put the lid on yourself because there are choices as to how it’s hinged. You can have it so it’s hinged side on or at the back, well actually on any of its 4 sides. Ideal if you have a narrow gap for it. It’s not difficult to fit the hinge but it’s not massively easy either and it’s a common sense thing as I didnt see instructions. The good news is you get a spare hinge which is just a plastic rod with some bend in it. I sellotaped mine into the lid so I wouldn’t lose it although I doubt I will ever need it. I like that it has carry handles because now I have one upstairs and one down near the washing machine. I will swap them around as needed. I think this is perfectly sized and durable. I hope it lasts for years to come. I have nothing bad to say about it :-)

Cesta portabiancheria uguale come in foto ed esteticamente molto più carina dal vivo. È la più capiente rispetto ad ogni altra cesta che mi è capitato di vedere iltimamente, e ne stavo cercando una simile da qualche mese. Il colore è di un bel panna che si abbina benissimo al mio bagno e la lavorazione è molto fine, quindi tutto perfetto! Arrivato confenzionato perfettamente e senza nessun danno alla confezione. Chiusura del coperchio un po delicata! Grazie Amazon, come per ogni altro acquisto effettuato!

Man kann Ihn gut tragen. Hält auch schwere Sachen (Destilliertes Wasser-Gefäße) gut aus und geht nicht kaputt. Nutze sie eher nicht für Wäsche, da ich eben Boxen benötigte, welche ich dekorativer in ein Regal stellen kann und auch eben mal schwere Dinge rein tun kann. Bin begeistert. Hab inzwischen 3 davon. Mein Mann verdrehte erst die Augen. Schmunzelte dann aber. Sind schon schön die Dinger und eben auch sehr praktisch und hochwertig.
