Gingerbread spice
I brought this product arrived few days ago for a recipe that I'm going to make over Christmas but wanted to test it today. When I opened the packet the aroma that came out was amazing smelt exactly like a gingerbread biscuit. I only used a tea spoon as I wasn't sure how it would bake but it had a nice hit of the taste and you could still smell it after it was baked as well. Would definitely recommend if you like gingerbread flavoured items.

Versatile & delicious
Absolutely love this!! Very flavoursome without being overpowering. I've used it to make spiced gingerbread cheesecakes and I've added it to hot chocolate. Absolutely delicious and will be buying more!

Gingerbread coffee
Added a little bit to my French press with the coffee, a little bit to a mug of hot chocolate, and perfect flavour without needing to pay a lot of money for a festive drink.
