Best vegan pho soup base
Love this pho cube! It is vegan, MSG-free, and delicious. I have not found anything better.

Overwhelmingly salty. Smells great, the tase would be fine otherwise, but its so salty. I use Massel a lot and nothing else is near this salt level.

It just doesn't have the spicy and aromatic impact that a good Pho has. It's like a cross between 40% pho and 60% chicken noodle soup. We'll finish the packet, but not buy again.

Not the deep genuine flavour but I played around and added 1 cube to 2 cups boiling water, added my noodles and put in the microwave for 5 minutes then added a dash of sesame oil and sweet soy for an extra bit of flavour. Does me for a quick lunch.
