Great Addition for Strength Training
I have a double cable machine and this is so much easier to put on and use than my heavy Rogue pulldown bar. Plus the ergonomic design is more comfortable. It is sturdy, seems very well made and is a great addition for my workout. I highly recommend this product.

The most important part is that I love the angle it puts your hands at for lat pull downs or front row. Great compliment to a home gym set up.

Good Equipment
Bar works well as an attachment for cable exercises for the lats. I prefer the T-Bar better than the straight bar because of the grip and really being able to hit the lats.

Love this thing!
My husband and I have a home gym as we are personal trainers and our gym has one of these T-Bars and wanted to have one for home. I love this thing so much and this is the right size for my husband and I. He’s a 230lbs body builder and I’m 123lbs. I feel like I get a better back workout with this bar vs the straight bar. Great investment.

Amazing bar for back!
Such a great addition to my home gym! I love the feel of this better than this straight bar. You can rest your palms on this bar and it really allows you to focus on your technique. I definitely recommend it!!

Narrower than I thought
It’s a good piece of equipment but a little too narrow for excellent rear self activation and a not really worth it for lat exercises as you could get same effect with a VBAR or even a regular pulldown bar. I would recommend holding measuring tape using using the approximate distance and judge for yourself if the feel is right. You may need to consider the wider version. The attachment seems well made and I’ve been using it for several months without issue. The grip is good and my wrists feel comfortable with the slight angle. Overall, it’s a good product.
