This beverage dispenser was perfect for a party we just had. We used it for a premixed cocktail. It held the drink cold all night and was cold the next day as well. It’s also lightweight, so transporting it is no issue at all. Highly reccomend this product!

I was hunting and scouring through Amazon for weeks to find the right hot pot with the functionality of making hot cocoa for 140 people. This pot exceeded that requirement, the capacity was perfect! Super easy to use, lightweight but durable. We had a plate just in case there was some leakage but it wasn’t necessary. Comes with a brush, frothing cup and other tools as well. Very easy to clean, definitely worth purchasing.

We bought this to maintain the cold temp of homemade pickle shots for a party. At first, when we unboxed it we were disappointed because we assumed it was electric and had a temperature adjustment, but it does not.However, we were pleasantly surprised at how well it kept our beverage cold. We ended up using a ziplock bag of ice in it to make it colder and it held that temperature perfectly over the course of the night.

I picked this up for weekend gatherings and it’s been pretty useful so far—especially with the built-in thermometer. The LCD screen is clear and helps a ton when I’m trying to keep tea or coffee at a drinkable temp without guessing. I’ve used it for both hot cider and cold lemonade, and it handled both well. The dispenser part is smooth, no leaking or dripping, though the spout could be a bit sturdier. It’s lightweight when empty and easy enough to move around, but definitely feels more like a home-use item than something super heavy-duty. Took me a minute to figure out the temp reading at first, but now it’s second nature. Good option if you want something simple and functional for casual use.

It does what it’s supposed to do and the thermometer on the front is accurate and helpful. It keeps liquid liquids, hot and dispenses them in a sanitary inconvenient way.

I volunteer with a nonprofit who helps feed the homeless. I bought this coffee pot to serve at gatherings. I used it for the first time on Thanksgiving Day without incident, although I did notice it seemed to lose heat faster than I expected. Started at 197° and fell to 143° within an hour or so. So the next day we made the coffee hotter to 212°. When lifting the urn the handle broke and my friend was scalded by the hot coffee. She received 2nd degree burns on both feet needing emergency care. We are now at St. Francis Memorial Burn Center for additional care.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. THE HANDLE BROKE THE 2nd TIME USED CAUSING SEVERE BURNS!

Update – the replacement works perfectly. No sticky lid this time!I'll update this review after getting a replacement, but just wanted to put this out there since I'm not seeing anything about it from a quick search of the reviews.I love the size of the water dispenser and it did an amazing job keeping the water cold during our party. However, I wanted to refill the ice on the day of the party, and found the lid impossible to open.I tried again the next day, having emptied everything out of the dispenser and it's completely stuck on. My husband spent a good 15 min trying to pry it open, checked YouTube for tips, no luck. I hope we just got a defective item, so I've ordered a replacement, but as it is, this item is unusable.
