Colorstay Liquid Foundation Makeup Combination/Oily Skin SPF 15, Longwear Medium-Full Coverage With Matte Finish, Ivory (110), 30 Ml

My go to foundation that provides high coverage and doesn't wear off. I'm really impressed. I have combo skin and it works and I don't have to top up during the day at work. High coverage but I put a little bit especially as it's getting warmer.

This product has become my go to foundation for daily use and I have repeated purchases. It has a nice consistency and tends to last all day. I have oily and dry skin and this seems to hide both issues very well especially when matched with other products as part of a routine. This foundation blends and covers well, I tend to use this with a flat makeup brush and I can get good coverage quickly. This foundation can be built on to create a more covered area however I normally only need to do once all over and I’m set for the day. Great value for money and gives a natural look and comes in a good size volume pump bottle. (The bottle can be unscrewed to get the remaining product out towards to end which helps reduce waste allowing you access to all of the product when you think it’s finished)

This foundation is very good for the price and I would recommend it to others. It is quite light weight but you do have to apply quite a lot of layers for a full coverage, which isn't necessarily a problem but if you are in a rush it can take a while to get even cover for perfection on your face. If you have any blemishes or spots build layers and it does cover up adequately without any need for concealer. My skin looked sheer and glowing, it didn't leave any residue or come off onto my clothes which is a bonus and after several hours of wear I had no need to re apply or a shiny face. You may find that you have a different reaction than I did but I can't fault it. I would buy it again!

I love this foundation! I applied it in the morning before work and when I got home in the afternoon my make up looked fresh like I had just applied it. My old foundation used to make me look sweaty half way through the day. This is a wonderful product!

I have tried and tested just about every foundation going from low end to high being a foundation wearer of 20 years. This is by far the best I have found. I have a typical oily t zone and dry every where else. For people undecided between the dry skin and oily version of this foundation, use the oily/combination type. It has a much better consistency, coverage and staying power. According to a makeup artist this is the nearest you will get to Estee lauder's Double Wear foundation, I've used Double Wear and it didn't last half as long as this foundation. It also lasts longer and covers better than any of the Mac ranges. I have tried and better tried every combination of the high end foundations and simply cannot find one that beats Colourstay. How you apply this and set it makes a difference, don't underestimate what priming, using a blender and setting does for your foundation! I use Max factor primer, apply Colourstay with a beauty blender or brush and set with a translucent setting powder. That will keep the foundation on from 9am until midnight and even then it's a struggle to get off so invest in good face wipes/makeup remover! I wear a lot of foundation, I am not a minimalist makeup wearer, I'm a full coverage, not a bit of skin showing, every make up product possible on my face kind of wearer, so the fact that I can keep so much foundation on shows its staying power! People who cannot 'keep' this foundation on, I would hazard a guess, are not priming or setting their face and are probably rubbing a bit on with their hands. I have made all of my friends and family convert to this foundation and they all swear by it and it's staying power. I also love that it is pretty much water proof. If you get caught in the rain you don't get holes of foundation missing! Also this foundation doesn't oxidize so it won't change colour and get more orange as the day progresses as a lot do. The colour you start with in the morning is the colour it stays. I could go on and on about this foundation. Just buy it, if you cannot find your colour then Buff is a very good colour to buy as a lightest one to mix with a darker one of your choice to get a perfect match.

Its taken me a long while to find a good foundation, this is now the 3rd time i've purchased and ordered 2 as its often out of stock. I like the coverage and great for my skin colour, it don't feel heavy on your face like other foundations ive tried. I don't understand why I had to pay £1.99 del (normally its free) was supposed to be delivered yesterday, now its the 24th dec!!!!!! but if you buy now its free del. 5* for the product, not the service

Chegou direitinho, comprei a cor errada é claro kkkkkk, mas mesmo assim estou usando todos os dias, tem efeito matte sim, tem um cheiro leve porém agradável e dura muitas horas sem derreter ou deixar a pele muito oleosa. Vou usar até acabar e comprar uma outra cor da marca para ver se se iguala a minha cor.

Essa é minha base favorita faz muitos anos. Tinha esquecido o código do meu tom mas encontrei provador na renner e em algumas farmácias. Para quem vai experimentar, no Google tem uma explicação sobre qual código é mais adequado aos tons de pele conforme frio/neutro/quente. É fácil de espalhar, não é densa mas constrói bem se vc for fazer makes mais elaboradas e também funciona super bem em poucas quantidades. O corretivo da Tracta + pó translúcido da Adversa casaram super bem com essa base, comprei ambos por um ótimo preço aqui na Amazon também. Meu único ponto seria quanto ao pump, tem que ter jeito pra apertar quando precisa-se de poucas quantidades mas definitivamente essa embalagem é melhor que as antigas dessa mesma linha. É um produto com excelente custo benefício, dura bastante tempo e é de muito boa qualidade.

The coverage is medium to full and very buildable without feeling heavy on the skin. It does a great job of evening out my complexion and covering redness and blemishes. It blends well and sets nicely, especially when paired with a good primer and setting powder. One downside is that it can feel a bit drying in certain areas, so proper skin prep is important. Also, depending on the packaging, not all versions come with a pump, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a reliable, long-wearing foundation that performs really well for combination to oily skin—and at a great price point.
