How long a useable life after opening?

The packaging says 'Use within 90 days of opening'.

Is this gel based or aqua ?

Aqua, It is the best. Recommended to me by a pharmacist at Boots following a cataract removal. I use it ever day. Gel is recommended for night time. I prefer aqua. Optician willl tell you which is best for you.

How many times per day are you meant to use them? Just morning and night?

Hello I use in the morning and probably once in the day, if my eyes feel gritty I use it again. Sometimes central heating will dry eyes and I use drops then. To be honest I use when I feel the need, but the optician will advise, everyone is different. Eyes are precious so better to ask the pharmacist or Doctor. Mary, Philips' wife.
