Herbal Essences White Grapefruit and Mint Shampoo 400ml

My number one favourite

Gorgeous smell! I haven't used herbal essences products for years but this shampoo has made me realise why this brand used to be my favourite! It makes my hair so soft (I have slightly greasy hair) and it stays looking fresher for longer! I do normally wash my hair twice in one go just to make it even fresher but I find I don't need to use a lot of product so it has lasted me ages!

If you are looking for an everyday shampoo for regular use then this shampoo is a decent bet. The fragrance is pleasantly, but lightly citrus much more than it is mint which is difficult to pick out when you smell it. It lathers easily and will comes out quickly without the need for repeated rinsing. Hair feels good and looks shiny with no noticeable loss of colour in my tinted hair which is a real plus.This shampoo comes in a generous 400ml bottle so should last quite a while. In formulation we are promised no parabens or silicones, but to be honest many rivals also offer this these days. The presence of aloe vera is no surprise, but it is nice to see some seaweed in the mix which is a really good energizer for the hair. In short nothing revolutionary is on offer here, but if you are an everyday hair washer this is kind to your hair and good value to boot.

Great shampoo (& conditioner!) for thin & coloured hair, foams easily, is slightly volumising and I only had very minimal colour fade (my hair is currently partly bright blue). The white grapefruit & mosa mint definitely doesn't weigh thin hair down like the argan oil shampoo I tried from this same range. Lovely light fresh scent that doesn't linger after the wash. What's not to like!

This shampoo has the most gorgeous smell - not overpowering, just really nice. Left my hair feeling (and sounding) squeaky clean. Does not contain parabens. Decent size bottle for the price - excellent value. Does seem to give my hair a bit more body and unusually when I use a new shampoo, my hair didn't go all floppy and fly-away. Will try the conditioner, too.

I am torn with this product because I do not like the smell of it and it reminds me of headlice shampoo but it make my hair feel and look great. I am just not a fan of mint smells unfortunately

came exactly as described, nothing physically different to buying this in a store but was a fraction of the price.

Love the smell. My hair feels so much nicer with volume after using this shampoo. But please make sure you use with the conditioner otherwise the hair would tangle a lot.
