What is the guarantee on this headset?

It is a 2 year guarantee, ironically i bought mine 2 years and 3 month's ago and the headset just died, i was wearing them at the time and it just cut off, no amount of tinkering has resolved the issue it is dead, it was a decent headset for the money, bass is almost non-existant though, and it seems to be a 2-3 year life span at best from the majority of feedback so do not expect them to last longer.

Does this work well with Xbox one? Do I need to buy adaptor cable?

It works with Xbox one great and straight out of the box,no adaptor cable needed,these are the 2nd hyper x headset I have used on Xbox one he other being cloud gaming both have been spot on.

Does this headset have cooling gel ear cushions?

I believe they have memory foam. I find them very comfortable.

yeah wait for a restock i recently purchased 2 weeks ago and not had 1 problem , great sound quality and noise cancellation , great speaking hearing abilities these are a great head set im so happy with mine!
