Is this like the voting game? and what does it mean by us version? does that mean it won't make sense playing it in the uk

its pretty similar, and US only means that there is a few cards with references to us not uk, for example, one card references the super bowl and one refers to like taco bell or something, its not hard to think of a uk alternative for them, and its only like three cards that are us specific when there is like 200 cards in total lol
