No, and no. In fact, I’ve read that watering it down can have a detrimental effect.

Can this be used on a bath panel without applying a paint over the top

Yes, but... If you want to paint you bath panel with this then it will work, but its not going to last. Firstly if you are brushing it on, you are going to have to be very careful otherwise you'll see every brush stroke. You are going to have to protect the paint for several days because if you get it damp then it will re-animate and start to run. After that its probably not going to take more than a toe nail to scratch the paint off and finally it will act as a dust magnet, because it will its designed to set with a microscopically uneven surface so the next layer of paint sticks better. This is great for what it was designed for, but I don't think it would be suitable for a bath panel. Try Plasticoat instead.

Can i use this on internal walls?

I wouldn’t recommend it. If nothing else, it wouldn’t go very far. Buy a tin of proper emulsion paint.

How many miniatures , say 28mm ish in size, could a bottle of this cover via the airbrush when compared to a rattle can primer?
