Like dumplings but better.
Makes cornbread just like old times. Super easy to follow instructions, and from a novice “food-warmer-upper” this was fun to do. Super crispy outside with soft fluffy inside. Perfect with a con carne.

It says it is vegetarian on the pack. But in the ingredients it contains lard. It is not vegetarian so I could not use it.

Dry dead bugs inside.
Mine arrived with dead bugs in the packages. I would highly recommend if you but this, inspect it for insects. There were a lot of brown and black bugs inside.

A delicious side dish that is easy a delicious.
This cornbread mix not only makes excellent biscuits, you can find a delicious cornbread souffle on the internet that is a delightful accompaniment to any. Besides Jiffy, you need on egg, some sour cream, creamed corn, some butter. Mix it all together and put it in the oven at 375º for an hour or until the top is browned. Serve with honey on the side.
