Good game very entertaining

Brilliant game for all the family. Enjoyed by all!

As one who loves the books and movies, I knew I would more than likely like this game too, but as someone who doesn't play video games all that much, I was slightly worried that my lack of gaming ability would mean it would get frustrating before too long, but I got the hang of things pretty quick. It's easy enough to keep you wanting to keep playing, but just challenging enough to not feel like you're breezing through it without much effort. I'm -almost- at 100% with the first half, stories 1 though 4, and will begin the second half soon. It's definitely a game I enjoy playing, and exploring the castle and revisiting the parts of the books I loved the first time around. Even if you're not a big gamer, and if you love the source material, you should love this game too!

Great game although my 8 year old found what to do confusing at times but to play as a whole family 👍

Ok...as a Harry Potter fan I was always destined to love this game but it far surpasses anything I expected. I have both the HP games ( years 4-5 and 5-7) on Nintendo DS and loved them but this PlayStation game is sooo much better. It’s the updated version for PS4. So you play through all of Harry’s years at school in line with the films. You collect coins, red and gold bricks and use these to buy characters and increase your abilities. You have a selection of spells to use and lots of death eaters to beat. However you also get to explore Hogwarts. This alone is like the best thing ever for a Potterhead. You can also ride on the Hogwarts express and visit London. There are also bonus levels you need to complete in Gringotts in order to get 100%. Some of the challenges are hard but help is available online. I actually had to get a map of Hogwarts as I kept getting lost....but wow...who wouldn’t want to get lost in Hogwarts. You play through all the levels once and then go through them again once all your abilities are unlocked. You can also choose which character you want to play as in freeplay. I like to play as Dumbledore as he has the best abilities of all but you get a gang of helpers and swap between them to achieve the tasks. You need Deatheaters to do quite a lot so it’s sometimes fun to play as Malfoy. This has given me hours of pleasure and as PS games go is my absolute favourite. So if you are a Harry Potter fan still waiting for your ‘letter’ then wait no longer. Get on the Hogwarts express and join the adventure.
