Can I use stopwatch and interval timer at the same time? Like for timed exercise intervals mixed with cardio sprints for distance.

Counts down from 99:59 and stopwatch function counts up to 99:59.

Can you have two different alarm types? One 2sec beep when starting and 10sec vibrate for the rest time? And back to 2sec beep for worktime

The alarm options are beep, vibrate or a combination of both. However in answer to your question, no you can only set one alarm type per program.

I'm wondering if this works when you have say 45 sec with 10 second rest periods. You do this for say 4 reps. You want a 1 min rest then start again

You would have to set it up for 45 sec and 10 sec and 4 sets but it won't time the 1 min rest period. I just use my watch for the third interval
